Big fan of Mirallas but i'm a bigger fan of Everton! No player is bigger than the club and if he wants to leave let him go. he has 18 months left realistically he is worth 10-15million. Footballers aren't valued on just skill the contract dictates value! I like the idea of townsend and lennon and send them Kev. don't advocate selling off your best players and making wholesale changes but I don't think we should jib our manager off after a bad run! we have a good young manager who I firmly believe will turn this around! we have never been the club who sacks managers willy nilly we keep the faith and remember blues we have witnessed worse! maybe our expectations are just too high! Get behind the boys against the RS and IF we get beat don't boo! get behind them and encourage because Goodison should be hostile for away teams not our own! COYB IBWT

Well I was flapping too, which this morning became blind panic when I read this gem.

Under the headline of.
Everton have been named in the top 20 of Deloitte's Money League.

"Everton posted record profits of £28.2m following the significant hike in broadcast revenue from the first season of the new three-year domestic and overseas TV rights deals, which pushed their share up to £88.5m, and a merit payment of almost £20m based on last season's fifth-place finish."

When you look at it, take the TV money away and the premiership prize money (got to be in it to win it as they say) It goes beyond flapping for me and is getting close to the time where I will be sat in the corner, undies on head, pencil up each nostril unable to say anything else than "Wibble wibble wilbble!"

Shouldn't worry about us being 20th apart from dollar signs in BK's eyes. Let's see 144.2 million, let's salt away 50 million for a business plan for the ficticious new stadium (I sniff another Kirkby), Oh and that value enables me to up my asking price for investment/buyout. Meanwhile this wonderful Club that I wear on my sleeve (oh yes I do, come here Silvester let me cry on your shoulder), is trundling bar a miracle into the Championship, I am sure I read Roberto's CV and he did give me a convincing answer to how he beat City as a one off. Ah well never mind. Ah well back to Corry.

We shouldn't panic because in reality we are better than these teams! we will come good. Call it blind faith but I don't think we are a bad team over night we have been awful in games and unlucky in others but we have quality and I genuinely fancy us to be alright. and as stones said we are looking up not down!

{Ed025's Note - a couple of teams in the past have said the same thing m1k, dodgy train of thought for me mate..

Bobby Brown Shoes said out of the last 10 games we were unlucky not to have won 9 and drawn 1, and still thinks we have a chance of finishing in the top 4.

I am starting to worry about his mental health now.

He can't honestly believe the nonsense he comes out with surely.
