I really did not want to get personal and I have left it for a while, but I feel I have to reply to Swan and his accusations that I am a liar. If my memory serves me right, I remember having "discussions" with him about various topics. He has recently stated that I am a liar and the discussions never took place. I would just like to hear if any of you remember these and if my memory does serve me right. Firstly I remember saying the selling of Anichebe and buying of Kone for 6 million just made no sense. Swan told me that Kone was class and much better than Anichebe. Secondly Swan said Osman was past it and the sooner we got rid the better. He now denies saying this too. Thirdly I stated that I was worried that Martinez had a policy of signing ageing players who contributed with very few goals. Thus meaning we would have to have a complete overhaul of our squad within two seasons (now needed next season). Swan of course denies some of these conversations took place and calls me a liar. Do any of you remember these? I would laugh my ***** off if you did. Good result yesterday and every point we now get essential. If we stay up which now looks possible, then we will need a huge rebuild in the summer. I am not sure RM is the man to do it.

See you're lying now too, I never denied saying kone was better than anichebe nor that osman is past it. I deny personally telling yoy mcgeady was quality, I also deny telling you rooney and moyes should of been loyal (oh yeah I love moyes don't i). No doubt someone else doesn't like me on this and will no doubt say 'i remember that (of course without proof)'. What I hope someome on this site remembers is how much I dislike osman, I could get 10s of posts from me and paste them of how I dislike him and have never said otherwise, I am willing to paste them as proof. Also, the only clear thing I remember me ever saying about rooney was that barkley will never reach his level, I never 'expected' loyalty from him or the moyesiah

Another thing as I only read the first two, when did I deny you said martinez buys players that don't score. I remember having a go at you and saying mccarthy does other things and wasnt bought for goals, so i'm 'owning' up to that, I honestly have no idea what you're talking about, replies should be interesting
Go and look at 26th feb last year for the discussions about changing an ageing squad. I have to admit my memory had you as going on about Kone but I just looked it up and it was another poster. Apologies for that one. But I did also find others that I can't be bothered listing because the 26th feb one about changing the ageing squad is sufficient. I also forgot how many times you have insulted me then gone quiet afterwards. And how many posts of support I have had from others on here who do say you mouth it off and then go quiet when you realise you are wrong. I looked up past debates and found exactly what I expected.only much more than I anticipated.
Thanks Ed. I used the search function and found what I needed. Funny thing is.even you told me I was being negative with my concerns and I know you don't like "I told you so" comments.but look back at 26th Feb 2014 banter and see what I was on about. It seems the negativity was more like seeing a forthcoming problem. No offence meant and not trying to say I told you so.more like sticking up for my beliefs.

Yeah I can't search dates, what did you type in, you found more than you anticipated? Wow, if only you could prove what I apparantly said regarding mcgeady, osman, rooney and moyes instead of just saying 'i can't be bothered' and 'i found more than I anticipated'. don't go on about you gettinf support blah blah blah, most of the time you get support, its off someone.ive argued with an hour earlier or something. I also don't 'go quiet', I tend to get bored when you post the same drivel every time, yesterday after you attacked me, someone said 'nice one degsy'.and I replied, but of course i'd didn't get put up, its not me going quiet as much as most replies not getting put up, probably because the eds are bored of our bickering, or I've said something offensive (i havent). I, swan, can safely say I have never said mcgeady was quality, I thought he had abut unfair stick at first but never called him quality, and certainly not to you personally. I also have never said rooney or moyes should of been loyal, the rooney thing you pulled out your arse and the moyes thing, I sajd he was a dick when he left for his comments, doesn't make me a hypocrite for not loving 'loyal' leon osman. I can't stand either, and that goes for neville too. So please copy and paste, quote me or get some actual proof rather than swatting it away because you 'found more than you anticipated'. And if you quote me, please don't lie, that can become quite unfair and really will tilt things in your favour to get a love in and get me stick, unless that's your goal, probably is. So don't say 'on the 1st of april you said the following 'aiden mcgeady is quality and anyone who thinks differently is a fool, go away, love our aiden me' 'there we go, there's my proof swan haha'-that could get quite annoying degsy.

Swan, the bottom of that list of posts is interesting.So. when I say something you don't like.I am "attacking you".but when you come on and throw uneducated insults at me, you are being sarcastic. oh I get it now.you are allowed to be rude, offensive, insulting and that means you are being sarcastic.but if I contradict one of your statements, I am attacking you.Don't worry Swan.I understand now.
Degsy how can you say that poeple say osman is past, the guys never had it to lose, swan although harsh at times gets it right the majority. I had a dog that was loyal but he still went do do on my carpet threw the years

I really wouldn't get too wound up Degsy, we all know what we are getting with Swan! He'll probably accuse me of taking your side, which is not the case, but such is life. We all have our own views on things, we see things differently from each other at times but that is part of being a fan.

Sorry guys. I took offence when Swan kept calling me a liar. He has explained that h was being sarcastic. I really believe him and understand now. Unless I am lying?
