With regards Roberto Martinez as Everton manager, we can all agree or disagree on his decisions, we can all like or dislike him as a person or manager, but we have to admit he does conduct himself in an orderly manner on the touch line, all credit to him. Unlike some managers behaviour recently eg Poyet, Bruce, Pardew and Pearson.

Conduct wise I agree but a bit of passion wouldn't go amiss just to show that he's as desperate for 3 points as we are.

Keenone, I think you are really Bill Kenwright,
what we need now are results & points,
it's time to dig in "dogs of war"
I don't care if Mr.Bean gets to the stand (better back to Spain) we need 3 points ffs, & you can keep the Mr.nice.

I'd rather him be angry & pick up some points

That's all well and good regarding his public behaviour, but I wonder if he's more animated with the players behind closed doors and let's them know what's what - that's if he has any clue about that himself!

no way sid, the man is too nice.h seems to think playin 5 yard passes with no aggression is fine. Look at the injury record since he's been here. Soft manager soft players. The Spanish David Brent is managing our club.

Agree with all the replies, a bit more passion wouldn't go amiss and make it look he is fighting Evertons cause.
