Like the majority of bloggers and loyal supporters of our great club, I have offered constructive opinions on what is required to change our fortunes.
It. Is obvious, even if RM bothers to read what the 'people' in the People's Club' think or feel, he really doesn't care or take seriously our opinions.
Contrast his disdain for the heartbeat of the club with that of Brendan Rodgers who has come out in the tabloids this week explaining why he had to change his playing style and tactics otherwise he knew he would be sacked. He instigated the changes which resulted in LFC turning their season around and since the change are the form team in the PL.
The difference between RM and BR is that Brendan recognised the need and feared the consequences of not implementing changes to improve and importantly has the technical know how to successfully make the right change choice.
Unfortunately RM doesn't see the need for change and has continued to display his tactical ineptitude in his team selections, shape and tactics. As a result we are the non form team in the PL and are dangerously close to a relegation dog fight.
The excuses which are now being rolled out after every game is an indictment of his ability as a manager.
Our great club is in free fall and it is the responsibility of the B of D's to take the necessary actions to safeguard the future and not jeopardise our wonderful heritage.

While an individual can be admired for sticking to their principles, I consider that to be in regard to personal morality and ethics and how they conduct themselves in their dealings with other people. I do NOT consider the refusal to adapt tactics, etc., to be anything principled, but rather it shows the intransigence, arrogance, ignorance - call it what you like - of an impoverished mind and the attitude of someone who does not (in my humble opinion) appreciate what is required to be an effective leader or what it means to recognise that a football club is a team - on and off the field - all of whom contribute to (and deeply care about) the club's reputation and success. Also, while I abhor any foul-mouthed & phobic criticism (although I understand the anger of others), I won't tolerate us being called bad Evertonians just because we strongly state our discontent with the club's current situation and our fear about the club's uncertain prospects.

{Ed025's Note - great post sid..
