A real example of RM's lack of plan B must be the fact we have only two strikers meaning he had one to replace if the other one got injured, so his intention was never to deviate from the 4-2-3-1 formation as we didn't have enough strikers for a 4-4-2 on a permanent basis, what is worrying is that Lukaku has an injury that will hopefully clear up at the end of the international break in a weeks time, if it doesn't then we have Kone!
Another worry is that I can foresee us staying up and BK giving RM another term in office as this one was a blip as a result of fixture pile up, travelling across Europe, small squad, phenomenal opposition and the crisis in the middle east!

If kenwright persists with this conman, all that is left to us, is to vote with our feet. Won't be ease, everton is a big part of my life, but better than watching this d. head, suck the life out of it in persuit of his "principals".
{Ed025's Note - a lot seem to feel the same JCW..

Robbie, Ed :
There is a lot of faith out there for RM,
however even the guys who don't like the sacking option etc. well from what I can see, those fans still demand a change of style and more adaptability from him.
Coupled with what I would describe in my honest opinion the majority of Everton fans who want RM sacked including myself, this will eventually make his position untenable with BK.

Bottom line is that we again were totally unprepared in terms of tactical ability also squad quality and depth to compete on any level this season!
