Am almost desperate, what the hell do we have to do, to get this arrogant recking ball out of our club. At least part of the problem, is that he actually believes his own propaganda. Yes, we were a bit unlucky to-day, but, there is more than a little truth in the saying that you make your own luck. Bill kenwright, lacks either the guts to admit he made a massive error of judgment, or the cash to make good his mistake and pay him off. I don't know which explanation is true, but if he will not fezz up, then just to protect their investment, the other members of the board, should relive one or both from their posts.

Unfortunately the clown is still in charge of the circus dear me bill now is the time to pull the plug.
Those performances from December to February in the league were some of the worst I've seen & I thought it was bad under Walter smith.

The problem some fans seem to have is that they think BK has full running of the club on his own. He is the chairman, the public face of the board, probably because he likes the limelight more than other board members. Decisions are not made by him alone, the faceless, and wealthy, members of our board probably hold more sway than him. I can't foresee a time where the rest of the board will act without BK, to get rid of him or the manager (as a post above suggests).
It is frustrating, as a fan of a few decades, to see other clubs get taken over by wealthy men/women, some of which are not steeped with the history our club possesses. But, despite what others may say about him, I'm glad we have a chairman who has a connection with the club, someone who wouldn't sell us out just to make a quick quid. The likes of Blackburn, Cardiff and Leeds are three good examples of how wealth doesn't always secure success on the pitch. There are more examples that could be used but you get the picture.
Now, I'm one who has no trust in our manager and think he has pulled the wool over the eyes of many. I didn't want a man who had been relegated with another team but his first season certainly blagged me. This season has been a washout, the football played has been poor, we look like we have no idea how to break down teams unless we let the opposition have possession and then counter them. Good players have looked average at best, their ability to do what they are best at is hamstrung by a 'philosophy' of passing the ball around the back for 90 minutes. There is no doubt that our euro tramps league adventure has bought him time in the job, but have we really improved since being knocked out? Yes, we have picked up points, going undefeated for a few games. But, in my opinion, we have still not played anywhere near the levels of last season. We have rode our luck against lesser teams, even against the mancs we weren't great we just hit them on the counter. We should not be placated by one result, the football served up is still disjointed and the jury is still out on RM. I've said before on here that he will get until October/November to turn things around or the ENTIRE board will have a decision to make. I'm not too sure that I want RM to spend any available cash in the summer, judging by the majority of his transfers, and the fact his honeymoon period is well and truly over, should he be given cash to spend his way out of the mess he has created?

Appreciate your comments Spudv but whether B.K.prefers limelight more than other board members matters not 1 jot.
Some other premier league managers I.e.warnock,Lambert,Irvine,redknapp 2 name a few have all lost their jobs this season & I would argue we were playing worse than any of those I've mentioned yet marmite man is still here.

Worse than Q.P.R are you serious? and villa have only picked up in the last few weeks yes we have been poor but villa Q.P.R and Newcastle have been FAR worse.

In my opinion Jonsey, if we get rid of BK then the board must go with him. He takes a lot of flack while the rest of them, all worth quite a few bob, seem to blend in to the back ground. The fact he puts himself in the limelight, as chairman, makes people think he is fair game, nothing more nothing less mate. I'd rather see fans have a go at them all as we will never progress if they are always in the shadows, refusing to spend any of their wealth to improve us as a club. Just my view mate.
With regards to the manager, I agree he has survived where others would have been given their marching orders. The only reason I can see why is to do with our relative success in europe (ie winning through the group rounds). I can't see anything getting better between now and december to be honest. If it was up to me then I would have pulled the trigger in January. I do believe he's on borrowed time though

He likes the limelite when was the last time you saw him the day he made the ridicoulous statement He won me over by saying he would get us champions league yes that's right almost 2 years ago when he brought the little napoleon into the press room for the announcement he was our new manager since then he has gone awol as for the rest of the board 9 out of 10 don't even attend a game because they are in it for the sky money and nothing else they don't have any love or affection for the club like we do as fans so yes he will stay and yes the same old board will remain until the premier league decide that goodison park is not a fit and proper premier league stadium they will sit on there arses and do nothing
