I posted last year little pea, Bolasie. Going to Spain I understand. But those 2 in our ranks I still believe would be cool.

Why would Hernandez be a bargain price, he was good enough for Real to take on loan? and Pardue rates Bolasie at £30m lol

Dont get the hype over hernandez. Poor first touch, can't beat a man, most of his goals involve rooney smashing the ball at goal and it hits 'little pea' on the knee and goes in.

He knows where the net is and if you look at his conversion ratio you see it's better than most and reason why I say bargain probably be around 10million mark which is a bargain considering what you need to pay for someone else who is likely to cost more like Austin or inges

conversion rates mean squat. he's done zilch at real and was behind welbeck under 3 different managers. Doesn't suit our play style. END OF, GOD! Joking, in all seriousness I would rather we got austin than him.

He's played second fiddle at Real to far superior players, although he did score the winner in the CL derby v athletico. Does seem to score goals when given the chance.
Conversion rates obviously mean something, if he's nott converting then he isn't scoring!

lukas podolski had the best conversion rate 2 seasons ago, he couldn't get a game for arsenal when giroud and walcott were injured. How many of his goals are tap ins or deflections. i'm not moaning i'd love a striker who scores 30 tap ins a season rather than 10 wonder goals. He has always been awful as a starter, good sub but not a striker who suits our play style. He scored 7 goals in 23 games at real madrid. that's less than a goal every 3 games. At Utd he averaged just over a goal every 3 games. At guadalajara he averaged under a goal every 2 games. There must be a reaseon he is always on the bench (like dzeko) and has been dropped from the mexico starting xi for giovanni dos santos for the last few games (including the world cup). I don't know, just not keen, someone who suits are style and is a better player are players like loic remy (who will leave chelsea in the summer) and charlie austin. Can't be any worse than some of our recent strikers like jelavic, kone and anichebe though.

Wiltshire is a good player but not great and nothing more than we have already got.

Hernandez I don't rate but I'd take him if he's cheap. He's better than what we have aside from Rom but he won't be wanting to play second fiddle to anyone, so can't see it.

As for Austin/Ings, they have only had 1 season in the top flight. Austin went a number of games without scoring and I think he will struggle. The same for Ings but he looks like he's signed for the red lot anyway.

What's Paul Dickov up to?
