The real problem is our board Martinez only has about 20 mill to spend compared to other clubs chasing CL football, see the thing that I just don't get and it really bugs me is we are not for sale I except that but we have one of the richest board members in the league but they won't invest so how does Kenwright expect other people to. Martinez has to buy cheap and grab freebies to fill in the gaps the real problem is at board level the sooner there gone the better.
{Ed025's Note - our board (except for BK) are all freeloaders and charlatans stef and a total waste of space, if they wanted to we could be massive imo but it means you have to speculate to accumulate and these fraudsters dont have the bottle mate..

I would think he would have the right money if the right player became available, £20m is nothing in todays market.

One of everton's biggest share holders, and a very wealthy man, is Lord Granchester, but, him and Bill Kenwright do not get on, with Kenwright there, he will not invest in the club, so, in the best interests of the club, Kenwright should stand down, if Granchester is willing to give an undertaking to invest.

A club as big as Everton should always be chasing CL football and league titles winning cups and so on so on one of the biggest clubs in England always have been and always will be hopefully.

If Granchester is withholding investment because he doesn't like Kenwright then I'm sorry, he can take his Billions elsewhere. I mean how can someone so rich be so monumentally childish.

We keep saying the board like ambition but until last seasons new deal we ran on a deficiet so we were at the top of our spending, 29 mil last year dosnt say a lack of ambition either, I wouldn't give him more money anyway the mangers signings lack more ambition than the boards

I've heard (admittedly not be people necessarily in the know) that the reason Lord Grantchester doesn't invest more in Everton is that he wants to, but his missus is opposed to it and sees it as too big a financial risk.
