Its not a rumour but just curious on what peoples perception of Rooney playing in the Testimonial is? When he shows up with United he will get booed but surely this is a good thing and we should be a bit more friendly towards the lad? Yes Kissing the utd badge was a silly mistake but a young lad getting called a fat knobhead and he's having a bad game he's not going to be making the best decisions. I for one will give him a round of appplause and put the boo's and insults on hold until Utd come to Goodison

I admit I hated him for years but matured a bit now, I have no bad feelings towards the lad at all, we all know he is still a blue at heart

Exactly my point of view!He hurt a lot of blues because he was seen as our Talisman who came through the ranks as a fan, but he left for the best team in the country and has gone on to win a lot of trophies he was never going to win if he stayed at Everton. and also his sale money helped stabilize us and without it would we have seen the likes of Cahill & Arteta at the club?

The more I saw of Moyes when he left the more I swayed towards Rooney. I was fully behind Moyes over the argument between the two until Moyes left. The when he came out in a press conference on Sky and said "if he was manager he would let Baines and Fellaini go to further their carears" I realised how ruthless and selfish he was as a person.
Moyes has no morals and no loyalty towards anyone. Even Kenwright who he treated with nothing but contempt through the whole process of him going to United.
Rooney for me, all is forgiven. I'll sing my bloody lungs out for him and Dunc.

I've no problem with Rooney playing, also it will give Kenwright the opportunity see if he wants to invest.

Tedster av heard it first hand he ain't playing for us contractually again after Man U he will go to America to earn a shed load again, why you think kenwrights part of the scouting team anyway I don't know, he's a good lad that went to someone who were winning a lot, if there's poeple who still hold a grudge need to have a hard look in mirror and realise there's more to life
