I agree with what you are saying in there must be a reason why it's not finalised. I personally think he is holding out for a move to someone besides Stoke. But at the end of the day money talks, and we never seem to want to stump up the cash

If the fee is agreed, and if terms have been agreed, and if the player has passed a medical and it isn't concluded, then I agree he is hanging on for something t happen or someone else to come in!
