Just wanted to give another mention to Steven Naismith, the lad is a class act and professional. Made up we beat them as convincingly as that, karma for how bad they went about the Stones situation. It's okay, the 'real' Chelsea fans are used to fighting relegation so this should be nothing new to them. Is there a better Centre Back under 24 in Europe than John Stones?

I can't remember the poster but he had a tongue in cheek mention we should only take 20 mil on deadline day for Naismith and It made my day because I thought it was good laugh, my bad it would be a bargain

mikedeblue, you didn't read the post regarding selling Naismith properly in the first place. It was my post you're referring to.
I was making the point that we shouldn't sell him as he is an important squad player. I said something like 'we shouldn't sell him unless we got a bid of 20m (unrealistic I know)'
The bit in the brackets was the telling part, I meant unless we got a bid of stupid money then he was more of a benefit to us than 8m that Norwich bid.
He proved today how important he is, will weigh in with his fair share of goals throughout the season

As I spud it was tounge in cheek on your behalf and I went along with it no hard feelings on my side I was just highlighting that it was a 20m performance yesterday and I was made up

no worries mike, when the post was originally made I didn't think you got my point. Just wanted to reiterate that at no point did I really think he was worth that amount! Still wouldn't sell him though :)
