just read it, he's just stating the obvious nothing that we don't already no about mate.

We want to be a brave team and win games by not running the clock down or playing with aspects that aren’t what we want to be, said Martinez. Goes along with, not believing that goals from corners or free kicks are not real goals and despite drawing with Chelsea, his still insisting that really we won. I have no idea also if the proposed takeover has fallen through but would anyone really be surprised.

{Ed025's Note - its all doom and gloom on here today..only for a dick head linesman we would be hailing a great victory and saying how we are not that far off the pace..

am not doom and gloom ed025 we are still in there totally agree with you season is still well and truly alive C. O. Y. B.

{Ed025's Note - glad to hear it muff mate..

Just a touch of realism Ed025 I just do not know why this guy comes out with this stuff and to be fair, it is rare indeed that I disagree with you. We all said it last season and after 22 games this season I see no reason to change. Good football yes, Lukaku yes but without him where would we really be. Roberto just does not get it, far to nice and that is the bottom line.

{Ed025's Note - i do get it with some of the complaints DM, half the time it depends on whether your a glass half full or half empty type of guy, most of us work all week and look forward to enjoying following our club at the weekend..i just think we should try and enjoy it a bit more mate..

I get totally frustrated won't to shout all kinds but I hold it back and as I said am staying positive it makes me feel better than been stressed and down all the time I just don't see the point in it I've been a evertonian since I was born, I always say it we have proved to be true supporters with the turmoil ups and downs we been through, there just is no point in slagging manager or players off constantly it comes to nothing apart from ruining your own health, I do understand most peoples frustration but sometimes for the sake of the club and young players we need to hold it in to protect both.

As I have said before, I have supported them since Ian Buchan but my first real memory is watching Cattericks era and he came in for some stick. All managers have their way of doing things but the reason this guy annoys is his obstinacy, we can all see where we need to improve (and I believe it is only small tweaks) apart from him and quite frankly it is baffling.

was totally the same with kendall bud in the early 80s the fans wanted him out imagine if carter wouldn't of kept the faith, I think with Martinez its his culture he dose not believe in been negative towards the game of football that's the way he is, I don't agree but am not going to slaughter him every week just don't see the point, to often in this country we don't have that mentality in are culture from grass routes, he's very similar to moyes but in totally different ways moyes was negative in never having enough confidence in his players and always reverting to dropping back tactics, but Martinez dose it the other way he has every faith in his players believes in them and will not change that way of thinking in the same way moyes wouldn't in his way of thinking all I know is I know which way I like it and I truly believe it will work just wish most on here did to.
