Fair enough. I do think Mark Hughes could be no. 1 and I feel he would taie the job if offered. We do have a better squad both 1st 11 and bench.
Though Koeman would also be good. Defensive and attack minded if there was ever such a thing. He did score a lot of goals as a defender. Would sort out our defensive frailties.
Those would be my first 2 choices.

My issue with Koeman is he's no different to Martinez, great first season, doing awful 2nd season, the fact he plays someone like Victor Wanyama also scares me.

No disrespect to our club or fans but why would Hughes come to us they are higher in the league and playing better football?
{Ed025's Note - i suppose we see ourselves as a bigger club SB, plus the fact he did play for us, he has got stoke playing some good stuff actually mate..

Swan Southampton are doing better than us. Taking account of all the players they sold Koeman is doing a great job there so he the man to take the hot seat imo.

Is Koeman not doing a good job at Southampton this season, they must be 7th or 8th in EPL. So he's doing a better job than most other managers.

That's called adapting your team to play on the opposing teams weakness. That's called good management. He has identified a weakness in their defence and is simply trying to exploit it.

What weakness? Crouch was invisible all game, why didn't he do this at the Brittania?
