ssn recon it won't be done in time, typical everton dragging there feet wouldn't be to bothered if lukaku was fully, but you know what bobby brown shoes he will start will kone, thing is though ssn have got it wrong before, apparently they have till 15mins before they put the team sheet to the reff at stoke.
