Totaly agree the man has no foresight, tactical skill and even worse no back up to help him make his mind up.
The team is un ballanced, undecided, and under trained to the extent they can't put in more than sixty minutes of all out football, then the dodgy substitutions occur.

Somehow Mr Martinez will come out of this with his star just slightly dimmed. He lost the majority of the fans months ago and for that we were criticised by others some of whom Ed's. It is plain to see from this that he has also lost the players. We absolutely have nothing to lose now, we cannot be relegated so no reason whatsoever for him to stay.
