I read a post where someone wrote, "full respect to RK if he gets a tune out Niasse".
Well, that struck a chord with me, because:
Our squad may have several virtuoso players, but they need a maestro to conduct them.
The manager needs to deal with one player in particular who's always blowing his own trumpet.
Others need to re-learn how to harmonise and make beautiful music together.
Bringing our our young talent together with quality signings should get us to number one soon.
The fans who've been brassed-off for the last couple of seasons can now look forward to everyone at the club singing from the same hymn sheet.
Any player who isn't up for it should simply pluck off ;-)

I think we are going to really struggle this coming season.
To get a semi decent GK in were going to have to throw a lot of cash at any deal.
The 200 million that is talked about on nsno is bs, financial fair play.

We have experienced players but a lot are the wrong side of 30 and most of the youth have too little. villa in the making

We do not deal with change well and have a huge amount of change going on at board level squad level and with management

And if we start selling our top players then are equal replacements really going to come here.

BackoftheNet: In my humble opinion, the reason why we haven't handled change well in the past is that the change exposed any lack of leadership and weakness, which led to fear, uncertainty and doubt.
The hope now is surely that Mr Moshiri, Ronald Koeman - and anyone else involved in the running of Everton - are clear in what the strategy is, know what resources are available, have clearly-set targets to achieve, and have the ambition, determination and energy to succeed.

I am in harmonious agreement with you there Cowpat. It would be music to my ears to hear some success at our great club. Our Irish quartet will need to improve though. And I would like to see Mo start (Mozart) a few more games.

Degsypulford: Love the "Mo start" pun, mate - quality :-)

Degsy. You're spot on there mate. Coleman is in need of a confidence boost. Mac needs to be smarter in midfield especially positional. Gibson fitness and Mcgeady I'm afraid needs to go. Not all will agree but that's my assessment of them. But def agree with you that they all need improving.
