It's slightly worrying that we are still taking out loans from some fairly shady company. The tv rights payment should and would have paid of last years loans not sure why we would need another one.
I hope it's stadium related.

What loan are you talking about Svenny?

02 Sep 2016 15:45:44
I can't find any ref. to it anywhere?

02 Sep 2016 15:46:41
Thoughts eds?

{Ed025's Note - i dont really get into the money side fanatic, its too complicated for me mate..

02 Sep 2016 15:46:17
I've seen that svenny but doesn't actually look like a loan, if i'm reading it right it's a chanhe document meaning that efc can draw on a large sum of money at any time. Hopefully stadium related.

''i don't really get into the money side fanatic, its too complicated for me mate. ''

Ed your'e not a 'used car salesman' on the quiet are you 🤔.

02 Sep 2016 16:08:34
From what I can see it''s by rights and media funding. Basically ef have the ability to draw money over the course of the agreement.
The Company involved is rights and media funding.

Looksl ike either shares are getting bougbt or finances put in place for the stadium.

02 Sep 2016 16:42:01
I agree that it could be for shares or stadium the worrying thing is that it's rights and media company have fairly odd directors.
Anyway like Ed I don't really understand this side of things just passing on what I have seen and the fact that those who do seem to understand it show that Moshiri won't be funding much until he gets over 50% so things are in place to loan money again if required.

It's nothing major at all looking at the company itself. Their accounts don't suggest they have any serious financial backing of companies with only 11mil in total for debtors last year. Not exactly going to bankrupt us even if we were the only debtor which is not very likely.

To me it's a small company that we have a small facility with. The house has not been mortgaged away.

02 Sep 2016 19:17:42
BlueJohns isn't the question why are we dealing with these small fries? Some say they are purely a front.

02 Sep 2016 20:02:31
Companies deal with a variety of other companies all of the time. Their facility might be specific for the type of service we need. Just because we are a big club doesn't mean we only deal with HSBC or Barclays.

Some of my work is underwriting and risk assessment and for me as a company I don't see anything out of the ordinary when it comes to the basics of their accounts and their directors.

02 Sep 2016 19:02:25
It's listed as a small company which is less than 6.5 mil in annual turnover and less than 50 employees. It will probably be for something unrelated to the actual running of the club and major facilities.

I don't know the full ins and outs of this type of company and maybe ED002 might have more insight but with just two shareholders who also don't appear to be involved in anything else at the moment I would say it is nothing too adventurous.

{Ed002's Note - I really don't know what the issue is here.}

''I really don't know what the issue is here. }''

Methinks the Illuminati is behind all this and David Icke is about to give a 'full day' seminar on the subject 🤔 😜.

I'm with you ED. All looks pretty normal to me. I think some people think because you have a billionaire you should act like in some different way to any other.

Chelsea and Man City as an example have 10's of millions in loans and united has 100's. Why should we be different? It's how business works.

People just want to find issue sometimes.

{Ed025's Note - i think your right john..

Ahahha. Just pissed myself laughing at that blue.
