Rumour i heard was moshiri possibly buying stadium himself then leasing to efc. Unsure whether this would help on the fair play issues only ed could advise on this.

Why would fair play come into it? British tax payers bought City's and West Ham's grounds and rented them to these two teams.

That's different Mike. Both of those stadiums where pretty much centre of major sporting events. Now if we can tie the stadium into a potential bid for the commonwealth or something.
