Strange how much of a roller coaster the prem is. Looking at arsenal, Liverpool and then Leicester, most fans would be over the moon with 6 points before a ball was even kicked.
Shame we lost to the reds but that's not a bad points haul from them 3 games. 3 mor against Hull and the confidence should be back.

Hi Smit yeh mate good post, just goes to show we should take no notice about team selection in the posters below, glad we have R K and not them picking the team cheers, GuernseyBlue.

GB that two from twelve don't get to excited mate. As I said earlier that was a side set up not to concede and hopefully score on the break. Yes it worked but it wasn't good mate, and if you think it was then you've got use to mediocrity. RK will get it right but not with this side.

Hi Woburn agree mate, but we are in 7th, a pretty healthy spot really to say we have not played that well, with the transfer window later this week I feel we are going to turn the corner, let's all stay positive cheers, GuernseyBlue.

I think slowly but surely some of the team are buying into RK'S way of playing. Still plenty of them that aren't but if we can sign 4 players into the backbone of the team we should have a strong squad. CB, CM, AM and S. And we should be close to pushing for Europe.

Woburn you have to play the opposition. They counter very well so you can't leave yourself exposed at the back. As they mainly attack down their left with the ball over the top, Holgate with his pace covered the area brilliantly. This forced the play on their right and Mori with his pace covered it well.

This left Williams to command the two and create a sound footing, defensively. With the additional two players in midfield in Baines and Coleman as wingbacks (probably their best positions) we had more men to drive the play into the middle when they had the ball. This put them in direct conflict with Gana and Barry and I'd take them to win those battles any day of the week. It put their players out of position all afternoon and we exposed them pretty well.

It won't work every week but you have to have a plan B, C or D. We didn't have this last year or the two years before and we're not used to it now but over time and more likely next season and the one after we will be much more adaptable. how do you play against a team you don't know how it's going to set up?
