When we are interested in a player from the UK, who's responsibility is it that the player arrives at the right place at the right time for a medical. Also when getting in a foreign player who arranges the flights and stuff before the medical?

If a player gets injured in a match AFTER clubs have agreed terms and player is subject to a medical, can the potential buying team claim any compensation?

If a player fails a medical due to something that all parties were previously unaware of, are any costs refunded to the potential buying team?

{Ed002's Note - (a) The player and his agent. (b) The buying club would pay expenses. (c) I don't really understand the question but if you are referring to the buying club claiming compensation for a player who belongs to another club then no. (d) No, but the costs will at that point be trivial.}

Agree0 Disagree0
