How about a swap deal with Arsenal. Barkley for Perez? Would give us another quick striker up top. Thoughts.

Arsenal mate of mine was baffled with the game time Perez got, and when he did he took his chances and looked a decent player, if Perez is valued at £12 million and Everton now asking £25 million for Barkley, I would try a cheeky part exchange, Barkley for Perez and Girioud. Or Perez and £13 million.
