Not much point for me. We had Eto'o for six months and he caused all sorts of problems, plus we'd then have to adjust in Jan when someone else is up front.
Giroud would be my choice up front.

Yeah but Windsor Blue. Eto'o was a 1000 years old and had a bloke in brown slip on shoes, who thought the sun shone out of his a***. Costa cannot be compared in anyway.
As for this "31" thing. surely the strikers need to "do the business" and get us Champions league so we can then go and buy the sort of striker that we are unable to sign. For now. Risking that on potential is a little fool hardy. We need proven hitmen and frankly 30/ 31 years olds are perfect for 2 years.

Supposedly costa is a gentleman and extremely funny and everyone in the dressing room loves him. Its only when he plays he changes.

Good shout Costa on loan until January, just a pity we did not see this and allow Onyekuru on loan until January, by which time may have had the visa sorted with playing a certain amount of games and if the guy was not ready, well the January window would be open anyway.
