Our squad for the Europa League third qualifying round has been registered and is listed on the UEFA website.
The List A part of the squad (which essentially are those players aged-over-21 PLUS any aged-under-21 players who haven't been with us for at least two years yet) comprises the following 21 players:
Pickford, Stekelenburg and Robles.
Baines, Keane, Williams, Jagielka, Martina and Holgate.
Schneiderlin, Barkley, Mirallas, Lennon, McCarthy, Gueye, Barry, Klaasen and Besic.
Sandro, Rooney, Calvert-Lewin and Lookman.
Obviously, injured players like Coleman, Funes Mori and Bolasie have been omitted for now.
Other players - like Davies, Dowell, Kenny, Connolly, etc. - are aged-under-21 AND have been with us for more than two years, so will no doubt be on the List B part of the squad, although that's not shown on the UEFA website at present.

Barkley has been included am I right in saying if he plays he will cup tied from the Europa league for any other team if he moves.

BLUE79: Barkley (or any other player) being cup-tied for the Europa League (or the Champions League) depends on the particular set of circumstances.
These are covered by the “Regulations of the Europa League 2015-18 cycle: 2017/ 18 Seasonâ€, “Section VII - Player Registrationâ€, “Articles 41, 42 and 43â€, which are far too long to post here, but can be easily accessed on the UEFA website.
However, here’s part of the regulations that might help with a basic understanding:
“As a rule, a player may not play in a UEFA club competition (i. e. UEFA Champions
League and UEFA Europa League, but not UEFA Super Cup) for more than one
club in the course of the same season. Exceptionally, however, a player who has
been fielded in the first, second, third qualifying round or the play-offs of the
UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League is entitled to play in the UEFA
Champions League or UEFA Europa League for another club as from the group stage. â€
The regulations are much more in-depth than this, so you'd have to read them all to be absolutely sure about a player’s eligibility. Happy reading!
