Like many, I am very pleased with Everton's transfer window. Koeman has clearly accomplished his goal of strengthening our spine. But with that said, I am very concerned that we have not added a striker to replace Rom, and less significantly, a winger to replace Delboy. The squad looks great, but I just can't see there being enough firepower up front to get enough goals to challenge for the top six. If we want to party with the big boys, we need to go out and get one of Dolberg, Jorgensen, Dembele or Welbeck (couldn't care which one at this stage) for 20-30M, and go and get a winger/ support striker like the Walcott or Gray for around 25M. Ideally, it would be great to also grab a CB on loan, but for me, it's not as important. If we made those purchases abovementioned it would bring our net spend to about 100M, but if you really want to make up ground on the top 6 you have to be willing to spend that money, especially on goals. I get the feeling Koeman wouldn't disagree. What are your thoughts Ed? Am I being too harsh?

Not far off the mark grizzly but I think you may have to wait for the next couple of windows before we add another group of permanent signings. As for replacing Delboy I don't see why we sent him out on loan last season and already have Lennon, Bolassie, Lookman, Kev and DCL that play wide. We also have Rooney Sandro and Gylfi that can also do a job if needed. Would love any of the strikers mantioned but think we have probably done all our business on the permanent front wouldn't be surprised if we get a couple of loans in though, left sided defender and possible a CF.
