KOEMOANS negativity will hold us back. Get rid of it before it sets in. Moyes and Kenwright held back the club that way for so long.

Sacked Martinez, Unsworth for one game wins 3-0. Under 23's doing well/ done well for 3 seasons. Problem with todays game is it is commercial and business driven, Unsworth and the quiet competent one's are not 'names' so don't stand a chance.

Have to disagree bigduncsmum, Craig Shakespeare is a prime example of a man who is promoted within who isn't a superstar name, yet done well last season and isn't doing to bad so far this season.
