going to be a long one this chaps so hold on to your hats

managers lost the players not once do any of them look over to him for help and its because they are not buying in to what he's getting across to them, loss of players and the fans only ever results in one ending for a manager, think we all know what this is

as well as big Ronald our transfers need looking at seriously what player have we brought in since the mighty steve walsh came who anyones thought yeah he's improved our side massively? none with the exception of pickford? you can tell which are managers signings and which are SW signings which is appalling and not the way to run a football club

I know this was said last time we had this situation (Martinez) but the whole club needs looking up and down at.

as to new manager? who do you start with? unsworth isn't ready and this needs to be looked at sensibly, it would be great if he came in and done well, but to be the club we think we want to be is not the answer right now
rafa? can't see it
dyche and howe not good enough for a club our level perfect for their level of team, vie wmoyes as prime example as manager who made step up
ancelotti not realistic

so this is the hardest parts would love your thoughts fellas?

Never thought I would ever say this as I didn't like his style of play but I would take notes back right now to steady the ship, I know I know as I said I never thought I would ever say that. Just going to give my head a wobbly.

I'm thinking RK abrupt style has impacted the players confidence all across the squad. I think the new signings could come good under New leadership. Let's not write them off just yet.
