Not sure your comment has been thought out, who was the Manager that picked the team, set out the game plan, subbed 2 at ht, took Rooney off, left sig on the bench?
We are in a relegation battle now!
Forget top 4 top 6 or Europe it’s now all about survival, I could also as when the multi millions were spent in the summer who approved the plan outlined as to where all these signings fitted in to?
I’m not sure Koeman is or was the only one to blame, the next decision as to who comes in is massive for the clubs future!
Don’t lose Unsworth but his nievity was exposed today!

I honestly can’t understand these managers, including Unsworth. Why do we persistently play Rooney, who in my opinion is garbage and over weight, also has a touch like a baby elephant, over our most expensive signing who is an out and out number 10? Sigurdson has proved what he can do in the prem, so why aren’t we playing him regular to bed in properly and do what we all know he can do. Also, Holgate should be playing over Williams.

Walks spot on . I said this weeks ago. the board enabled koeman, and it seems to me that they either a) didn't understand his strategy b) agreed his strategy or c) didn't question his strategy. The first thing they should have asked is, who do we need to replace lukaku, Barkley and Coleman? And they should have sorted this first. then they should have asked what other players we needed to strengthen other positions. if they bought into Rooney or Sandro being a replacement for romelu then moor fool them. If they thought Rooney, Sandro, klaasen and sigs were all needed to replace Barkley, then I'm flabbergasted, and to get Martina as a standing for Coleman? I'm just amazed at the mix of personnel they brought in. and those they sent out on loan. dowell, browning to name a few.

The same Sigurdsson that has looked poor all season. I think personally that Rooney is the best passer in the squad, although admittedly he is really slow.

Tommy, we all have different opinions. But 9 times out of 10, he’s the player that usually gives the ball away in stupid positions for us to concede goals. His passing is either brilliant or sh*t! And in these important games unfortunately it’s not good enough to be a bit of both!

I don’t envy any manager that goes in to rectify that current squad! There’s a lot of things need doing! Benitez or Dyche for me!

As Ed02 says we also have a director of football, what has his real input been, is this a job to far for him or the expectation now to great?
