This really is simple Mr morishe said he wanted to take us back to the top. we can't just blame the managers that come and go the board have to take responsibility for us not winning anything for twenty two years for a club our size it is a disgrace. we finally have some money now go and get the best manager that is out there not these second rate managers like big Sam dyche notes who will only help us survive. have some ambition and take us back to the top Mr morishe or you too are full of it.

Sad to say it but I have to agree totally with what your saying.

Some mad shouts towards the mosh.

Do you really think we are a top team now? Come on wake up and wobbble your head. We are a club in transition and like chity when then got new investment we need to build up.

No let’s have it all now! Come on Mosh take us the top, get Ronaldo, Messi and co, flash the cash. We got billions yes? We can easy buyout there contracts and pay 300k plus a week. We can sustain them out goings easy.

Wake up!

Totally agree with BeStyrne. People saying we are too good to good to go down, too good for this, that and the other manager need their heads a wobble.

Fact is if we keep going the way we are we WILL go down. I'm all for progressing but this thing of being snobby to certain managers and being relegated is exactly when it will happen.

For me the speed of progress is linked to just .2 percent vote difference in shares.

Why do we assume that Dyche is a second rate manager who will only keep us up, it’s nonsense, all the so called top managers have never had to work from the bottom up and have been given endless pots of Money to win things
All these managers have never taken a club forward there just a caretaker for a club, look at Chelsea they win trophies regardless who the manager is, same as Man City because of money could pep go and do the same job Dyche does for Burnley, no why cause he ain’t got the players to do so and would probably go down because of it, as football fans we have become obsessed with big names rather than a managers ability to man manage rather than moan and spend 200m every summer,
Pep could never do what a Clough did for Forest, I’m all for managers learning there trade at lower levels so they know how to manage through the good and bad times.

No point having a go at Mosh. He like the majority of us thought he was getting a top man in for the job. Now he's had his fingers burnt he is taking his time before he selects the next one. Can't see a problem with that. In my time I've employed some right tossers, who at the time I thought would do a good job for me. We learn by our mistakes. Hope Mosh does.

All we have ever had at Everton since Royle IS second rate managers.

We've tried a Dyche, Allardyce type manager already. What? You thought Moyes and Martinez were top managers?

What difference were they to these. I don't need a head wobble I just need to remember what these brought to my club. Nothing. A combined 14 years of nothing.

That lack of striker has cost us and Koeman his job and it wasn't him going out there trying to get one. Personally I'm putting the striker issue at Walsh door but it's a combination of things.

I don't care about blame though I just want us to continue to think in a forward fashion and go for a manager that is not just going to help us stay up but take it forward and help challenge at the right end of the league.

Forgot to mention managers in above as well, top managers don’t just go to clubs for the money, they go cause it adds to there reputation and medal collection, we are not a team that these managers want or are probably able to take over anymore.
