If we manage to stay up, big clear out in the summer required most of the team are simply not good enough.

Some are not good enough, some are good squad players, some are young players/ new to the Premier League but have a lot of potential and some have real quality.

Unfortunately most that do have quality are not showing it due to a varying mix of form, confidence, passion or the style of football that Allardyce is playing doesn't suit them.

A few of this squad will be gone in this window and a few more in the summer no matter what happens but if things continue like this for much longer I think Allardyce will probably be joining them out the door too.

Not sure we’d get much of a return on our players, however that’s not our problem.

Out: Williams, jags, Baines, Lennon, snederlin, Martina, Besic.

Mondomac,

I think Baines and Jags probably still have squad level ability but shouldn't be our first choices next year. Perhaps the best thing would be if they wanted to leave in the summer to play regular football (assuming we get a new left back and a new centre back! ) . I know there is no room for sentiment but it would be a shame to push them out of the club after so many years of quality service.

Williams, Lennon, Martina and Besic I agree with.

Schneiderlein is a weird one. The Schneiderlein of this year should be first out the door but the Schneiderlein that first arrived was a very good player. We might find it extremely difficult to offload him as his wages are so high but I guess Allardyce is hoping he can rediscover the 2016/ 17 Schneiderlein otherwise he wouldn't keep picking him.

I am hoping the likes of Klassen, Sandro, Vlasic, Lookman and Keane can establish themselves. I hope we keep hold of all of them for at least another 12-18 months and that they get regular gametime and a genuine opportunity to show their worth as there is real potential in all of them although I am not sure Allardyce has the patience to persevere with them. If I were in there shoes I might be looking to leave anyway as (other than Keane who has suits Allardyce but has been truly shocking this year) none of them are particularly suited to Allardyces style of football.

Allardyce will not play them. Why would he? He keeps going on about how the team he plays doesn't do What he asks then to do. But still persists to play them. What good manager Continues with that? We have enough quality players to win games. We need a new manager because this one cannot find a balance and command a performance from the team.

Honestly. Who out of our team aren't good enough for the prem?

Tofeebud, I agree with you regarding jags and Baines great servants and can still make impact from bench. i'm just so frustrated by the way we are playing. When I see Williams in team (how he is captain is beyond me) i just know we are in trouble along with Martina holy God have we no one else in under 21 team. As for snederlin he has never done a tap for us so I don’t get your point there. Hope fully when we get Coleman and Keane back we will steady the ship.
