Hey Ed025 what's your take on the game today mate, I think we are missing the main point of that game today, a big well done to the whole team today it was a massive 3 points for us and a big step forward to staying in the Premiership, my only gripe is the Booing of Morgan when he came on, and I do feel feel for the fans who have been at the matches and paid good money, but hey let's do our moaning etc on here, it can't be good for the team to hear that let alone Morgan, it was at a crucial time in the match when Palace were starting to cause us problems, we need the whole team to pull together surely, moan over.

{Ed025's Note - i was happy today GB (makes a change), i thought we were at it from the start led by theo who,s energy and enthusiasm was infectious and the others followed suit, on the morgan episode im not happy at all mate, not one of my favourites by a long chalk but i have never and never will boo anyone who wears that royal blue shirt, its ok to do it on here but at the ground in a game is beyond the pale, hang your heads in shame all those who participated, its not what this club is about..

Agree5 Disagree0

Absolutely spot on as usual Ed025 game in the bag let’s support any player coming on! Really I like you are not a fan of Schneiderlin but he is a player of Everton FC and did not deserve that!
But to the same degree @ 3-0 up why did SA think that was necessary and in fact not give Tosun a run out and another player that could have benefitted from game time in a winning position with the crowd onside!

{Ed025's Note - thats my biggest beef wakka, there was no need to bring morgan on and sam knows as well as anyone how fans might react, naive in the extreme i would suggest mate..

Spot on Ed good post mate.

{Ed025's Note - im just the same as all the guys on here GB, an everton supporter who wants the best for my club but there is a line mate, i think quite a few stepped over that line this afternoon and i think we are better than that mate..

If fans want to boo, then that’s their right. But I can’t get my head around anyone who boos when a player is coming on. For all our sakes, give the player the platform to play the game. Booing before he even kick a ball isn’t helping anyone.

For the record though, I’ve not and never will boo one of our own.

I think booing is ok at the end of a game when the team or individual has not put the effort in but to boo someone coming on to the field is absolutely pathetic and I felt embarrassed sitting in Goodison today when that happened. On a brighter note I thought the whole team performed great today and i'd like to make special mention of Martina who as we all know has had a tough time at left back but I thought he was excellent today.
enjoy it blues we deserved everything we got today long may it continue.

{Ed025's Note - absolutely correct ace, maybe its a generation thing and we are fossils not quite in touch with reality, if that is the case then stick reality right up your arse for me mate..

{Ed025's Note - cracking post AL and i was going to mention martina myself, a decent footballer who is being played out of position but gives 100% all the time, i have given some of our players hell over the years and a lot of times over the top, but have never in all my years of attending goodison (or any other ground come to that) booed my own players mate..

The real issue now is I’m sure Morgan knows himself he has been below par to say the least but after today how difficult is it now to pick yourself up and rectify the situation? He is a professional but also a human with the same feeling we all suffer from, today did nothing to help a player improve his position, but as I said earlier there was no need to put him in that position and the manager should have thought of that!

{Ed025's Note - big faux pas by sam there wakka..
