Right instead of the same old rubbish about our manager staying or going, let's see who if given 150million to spend on players, who and why would you buy them

Central midfield-nzonzi 45million
Central midfield - Wilshire free

I've only gone for premiership players who are tried and trusted.

Manager: Tedesco. I'd prefer if we gave the job to a young upcoming manager with fresh ideas.
LB: Tierney - 20 million. Highly unlikely he'd come because he seems rooted in Scotland but looks a cracking prospect. Another name I think the club should consider is Grimaldo from Benfica, although he seems out of our reach. Realistically I'd say Bertrand.
CB: Koulibaily - 50 million. Again, unlikely as perhaps this ship has sailed. Plus why would he want to leave Serie A title contenders to come to us, unless he was a money grabber. Other names I'd consider are Tah from Bayer or De Vrij from Lazio, again, unrealistic but the OP said who would you want ;) . Realistically either Zouma or Toprak from Dortmund.
LW: Gelson Martins - 40 million. Can't say i've seen much of this guy, only clips on youtube but he has pace to frighten any defence and looks a real threat with his crosses, chips in with a few goals too. Other players would include Konoplyanka, he could be persuaded if Tedesco came in as manager and probably going to be an unpopular opinion but I wouldn't mind Iago Aspas either. Although he played for the shower i think he's a good player. Some players just don't fit in at clubs and I think that was the case for him at Liverpool. Realistically I'd say Zaha.
ST: Bakambu - 35 million. We've been linked with him for a few seasons now and whenever I take the time to watch some la liga games the guy looks tailor made for the Prem. He's strong, has good control and linkup play, not to mention he has pace to burn. Other names i'd consider are Batshuayi, Belotti - seems to have went quiet on him over the past year after showing so much promise, and Gomez from Atalanta. Really liked the look of him when we played them in the Europa League. Realistically I'd say Vardy.

Joe Bryan - top quality young left back. Already playing above championship level
Alfie Mawson - not that dealing with Swansea is any fun, but one of their best players and CBs around.
Steven N'Zonzi - class midfield enforcer and quality.
Emil Forsberg - been an integral part of Leipzig's exciting season
Vincent Aboubakar - a gamble, but a tough, quick goalscorer and only 22.
Or spend the £150 Million on a time machine and bring back Dixie Dean.

Thinking some more about it I'd have to add Niasse to the outs list.
I love his attitude and effort but too often the move breaks down due to poor control or a bad pass.

Bw. I'd keep Bolasie, last season he only played 12 games but had 4 assists and a goal. He just needs to hit his peak again.

It's all a matter of opinions SMIT666 and I can understand where you are coming from but personally I'd rather keep Lookman and Vlasic as I think there is more potential there and I'd pick Zaha or Shaquiri over Bolassi
Another one to go would be Garbutt- not because he has done anything wrong but because he hasn't been given the chance to do anything wrong and he must be so frustrated.

I completely overlooked a name for CB. Anyone remember Nastasic who used to play for City? I think he'd be a brilliant signing for us. Thought he was excellent in his breakthrough season with City but injuries cost him afterwards. He seems to have put that behind him now is has had a solid couple of seasons with Schalke. I think he'd probably be available around the 20-25 million mark too. Any interest in him?
