Hi Ed 025 what's your take on this management merry go round mate re Big Sam, some rags saying today we are interested in Fonesca and also Marco Silva as second choice as our new manager and other papers saying Big Sam is planning on bringing in new players for next season, several of em saying most fans want Big Sam gone and Mr Moshiri will be buying out the remaining part of his £6 million contract, surely the writing is on the wall for Big Sam and he cannot possibly stay as things are, cheers mate.
{Ed025's Note - im not so sure you know GB, i would like either fonseca or silva but sam seems to think he is staying put, hopefully we will know in a few weeks where we stand but at the moment things are up in the air mate..

I'd love Fonseca and I wouldn't mind Silva but I feel if a man can get so easily turned by another clubs interest, would he do the same in a similar position with us. Think I'd rather have Howe.

It's like meeting a girl and finding out she doesn't like football, so you ditch her and go and find one who does, only to realise she doesn't like fish and chips. You're f**ked. Do you settle for watching footy with her and going home to eat a Caesar salad? Or go for the holy grail, get rid and find one who likes both?

We can't have a man in charge making plans with only 12 months left on his contract, the fact there is no sign of an extension should highlight the fact he will be relieved of his duties along with his backroom staff and our current DoF in the summer, fingers crossed.

Whatever the decision (and I hope it's not Big Sam staying) it needs to made and communicated as soon as possible.
One, so whoever is manager can start assembling the squad he wants before the World Cup and
Two so that we can all stop worrying/ arguing about it and get behind the new guy (I so so hope it's a new guy)
We can't have the delays we had when Koeman left.

Smitt666 keep the girl that dosen't like football and just take her to the old lady every home match very little football being played there at the moment so it shouldn't be a problem. You can always dump her when we the team start playing some decent foot ball but you may well be on your 25th wedding anniversary by then.
