Considering Brands' comments about too much player turnover in recent years - but also noting that we have too many professionals on the books - do you expect lots of departures (permanent and loan) and just a few quality signings in key positions?

in a simple answer, Yes.

I would expect a lot of lessons learned from last summer.
I think 4 or 5 very good players for 1st team. That's more than enough in one window. With another 2 or 3 in January.
I'm sure we will still sign lots of new players but mostly for u23s.
I'd expect a lot of outs too. Lots of our loans over the last 2 seasons havnt become 1st team contenders. They should all be gone as well.
The squad is a mess but the defence is in a dire state.

We have learnt a lot from last year - so we sign another 8 players next season? If we do that we have learnt nothing.
