Silva only appears to have 6 months in him, I. E. a short sharp shock Manager. Brought in central defenders but still the same problems. Players out of form still being picked, is this heart above head coaching? Certainly seems that way to me. before he came to the prem he won things at each club, he had hull who wer going down and almost saved them, let's be honest tho jesus himself wasnt saving that team, then he went to watford done well yes had his head turned and i then personally think the players stopped playing for him as soon as he left they had an upturn with exactly same players. he's come to everton, inherited a lot ov below average players and has us fighting against top teams yes we don't win as many as we should but let's give him more than 1 window to work a mirical mate, he has a clear out in jan as best he can and gets 2 players in, clears out more in summer gets say 3 in, then that will be his team, let's see what he does next year with his team. Or the othe option is let's call hom crap sack him amd start again from scratch then come the end ov the season sack the new fella because we never won the fa cup and came 8th then get a new fella in and start again. It’s consistency we are looking for at moment which is why getting into top 6 is the problem you only have to look at the results from teams in and around us, Marco will need another window to take us further and I mean summer window for that, but if you look at the whole picture we are a better team than we were last season, I don’t know why fans go into games thinking we should beat them the prem has changed from those days Burnley are playing wonderful football today after us thumping them 5-1.
