I know we were up and down on Saturday story of our season tbh. Whether Silva stays or goes is not our decision but just want to state that we have exactly same number of points after 30 games this season as we had after 30 games last season but at least we want to score goals and attack. That for me is a positive. Ok, we have many issues across the squad but given time hopefully we can address this regardless of who the manager is.

Great post Geoff. We are all getting carried away with our own issues with the club. Some don't like the manager, some don't like some of the players, some the tactics and some don't like the direction we are going. One thing is for sure about the posters on here though. They ain't half passionate.
The manager is here for at least another season, the owner is here for longer and the supporters even longer than that.
Let's hope we can push on and get back to being a top team.

The board have lost patience; and will sack Marco Silva at the end of the season.

And then a 5th manager will come in and try to tame the beast before he too is sacked. I really want it to work for Silva but the next two games could be pivotal in him staying or going. Both difficult games and much as I hate to say it, don't give us much hope in getting success from either. If Marco is to show us what he has got in his locker, now is the time. Same for the players. They need to stand up now and be counted.

Only a few weeks ago they came out and said it was a long term project. Since then we have won one, lost one and drawn one. I can't see them making such a knee jerk reaction after the last 3 results.
We have played well in all 3 of those games but didn't get the result in only one. that's football.

So many great games both in the prem and the championship sadly few involve Everton these days.
