I see Lukaku was left out of United squad for today - looks like he could be on his way possibly during the summer. does anyone know if we have a clause in his transfer if that he is sold we get a % of the sell on fee or was the transfer deal a straight cash sale

They (united) don’t play to his strengths. He is not a target man, he needs the ball played in front of him with pace. Once he’s got the ball under control (eventually) he is pretty dangerous. He has to be facing goal for him to hurt you and united aren't for some reason playing to that strength. Their problem. If he played for us again he would still get us 20+ goals a season. Standard.

Unfortunately he is one of those who think the world revolves around him. He was only ever interested in HIM. Yes he scores goals but the team spirit and work ethic is so much better without him. DCL is not yet the answer but the lad gives so much more to the team than Rom ever did. Big NO from me.

DCL is definitely playing some very unselfish football but does need to add more goals to his game. As for Rom i would resign him when you play to his strengths he scores goals. To me he is a typical big fish little pond player, when everything revolves round him his confidence is high and he flourishes. So if we want a 20 goal striker that is proven in the prem and he is available and willing to come back then why not?

Regardless of whether people want Rom at Everton or not, I really don't think he would come. Him and a lot at UTD team think they are much better than they actually are. He would only play for a Champions league club now imo.
