Belgian reports suggesting that we are intrested in 19 year old massimo Bruno if victor Moses is a no go.!
Bruno is valued at £3-4M by anderlecht

Believable12 Unbelievable4

Very good shout if true. Only 19 but a regular at Anderlecht. Better prospect than eg Redmond IMO

Agree0 Disagree0

If true, a quality signing!

Agree0 Disagree0

Not heard anything about that, but I would love it, I really rate this guy. But I don't think Anderlecht would let him go, they already have there team to reconstruct afer letting several players leave

Hi ed are we still looking at Bruno manga from lorient. Think we need someone who is quick and strong to play next to jags. {Ed025's Note - i really dont know vinnie..sorry..

10 Jul 2013 17:28:23
If we do sign del then I am sure he will have a similar if not better impact on the team than super kev. He is extremely talented and the way barca bring there kids through focusing on personal development just as much as the footballing side I am positive he will be able to adjust to the prem quite quickly and be a belter player for us

Believable8 Unbelievable5

Official Everton website has confirmed the loan deal. Its a no lose situation, a very talented player on our books, albeit temporarily, to enhance the squad. Ok we will never be able to sign him, however, long term if the youngsters improves over the next 12 months and can break into the Barcelona A team or at least the fringes, it bodes well for a future Barcelona/Everton relationship in terms of business as they can trust us. Take a look at his goals and assists for the B team in You Tube, seriously talented.

Mart

Agree1 Disagree0

As a Spurs fan so glad you got him he looks very good and you'll play him we are brilliant at turning young talented prospects into mush

Agree1 Disagree0

Check the website mate

Agree0 Disagree1

He s signed season long loan

Agree1 Disagree0

That is very true Mr Spurs fan. Taarabt and Boateng ring a loud bell. Not that they are 'mush' now, but they could easily be first team players for Spurs if they had been given a good chance.

Ed is it official that Deulofeu has signed and do you think that we didn't want leroy fer or we didn't have the money to get him? {Ed025's Note - if we wanted fer, we would have got him ben, and apparently deulofeu has signed mate..

Believable7 Unbelievable1

We have 10 m still to spend my money going and moses to be our next signing

Agree1 Disagree0

What about a punt on Darren Bent? Can't knock his scoring record and prob want to prove something after last season. Plus with the possibility of World Cup coming along etc?

Agree1 Disagree2

As many have said we need to strengthen CM position. Diame would be perfect and plus Martinez has worked with him at wigan

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Jul 2013 21:46:15
To be honest, I like Gibson but I do agree we may need another CM in place of Osman. Don't get me wrong he's been good the last couple of seasons for us but I think he is getting on a bit now and need to look at younger talent

Agree0 Disagree0

Don't forget lads we have Barkley who can play there give the lad a good couple of games

Fer having medical at Norwich, will be announced later today, five year deal. Makes you wonder whether he failed his medical or whether Moyes pulled the plug when he knew he was United bound. Similarly strange how we signed Josh Stones although he was in the process of signing for Wigan when we swooped in for him.

Believable4 Unbelievable4

10 Jul 2013 17:41:23
Would have made sense for him to buy fer in January. if Ye knew he was off to utd it would've been easier to take fellaini with himif fer was already here

Agree0 Disagree0

Fer was a back up plan in case Fellaini left in Jan. when it was clear Felly was staying we had to pull the plug on Fer, hence the nonsense about his knee

Martinez clearly does not want him no matter how much Fer would like to sign for us

As if a player would pick Norwich over Everton

Agree0 Disagree0

His name is John stones not josh

Agree0 Disagree0

Moyes would have signed Fer (the nonsense conspiracy theories are getting rediculous), Martinez has his own targets and Fer wasn't one of them. No mystery here.

Also, Everton were interested in John Stones for a while before anybody placed any bids and the only reason it was a late bid was because he wasn't first choice signing, cash became available when other options disappeared.

Agree0 Disagree0

Nearly four new players!
Moyes'll be doing his nut!

Believable9 Unbelievable2

Stop digging at Moyes. Short memories. Martinez going back for players. Why can't Moyes.

Agree0 Disagree1

The summers under Moyes rein where the most frustrating and boring times. We have 4 new players that will add strength in depth to an already top team. It just gives us fans a lift knowing that these players can integrate into the team in pre-season, unlike last minute scared to make a signing Moyes. united will be busy on deadline day I bet this year, something fergie bever bothered with. Keep hold of Baines is a priority. If Fellaini stays then great and play him in his position,
If he wants to leave then I am sure we can get in a more than suitable replacement at half tge price. Use the rest on another quality forward. I would love to see us sign Moses and Honda - I think we can manage this without selling Fellaini or Baines.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why are we on about

Hi ed how do you rate are involvement in the transfer market so far? Do you think we will get anymore in? What are your sources saying about possible incomings? Who do you think will definitely be going? Sorry for all the questions but I value your opinion ed (s) and without asking mr Martinez himself I can't think of anyone who will give me a more accurate answer! Obvisouly not a definitive answer but will give me an idea of what may happen
Cheers ed
Siefc1979 {Ed025's Note - its been great up to now si, we are still chasing honda, and moses..im hoping not many outs mate, but maybe johnny is the best bet to depart..

Looks like everton are set to announce the loan signing of Barcelona wonder kid defaleu very soon, possibly even today according to reports in Spain, apparently his agent is in liverpool today to tie up the deal. Wow, what a signing he will be, & 4 x signings in 48 hours- I can't cope with this, how many more will come in I wonder?

Believable6 Unbelievable1

Enjoy it mate all us Evertonians deserve it and yes there will be more coyb imwt.

Believable8 Unbelievable2

10 Jul 2013 13:44:31
I post this rumour. just forgot to log in

Agree1 Disagree0

Guardian just reported. Everton securing FC Barcelona attacker Gerard Deulofeu on loan.

The 19-year-old, who is a Spain international at U21 level, will join Everton for the season as Roberto Martínez looks to bring a different approach to Everton.

Martínez's arrival at Goodison Park was instrumental bringing the loan to fruitition. Barcelona trust in Martínez to continue Deulofeu's development and give him valuable first team experience, while they are optimistic that a year in England will see him mature swiftly.

Agree1 Disagree1

It's those 4 words that do it for me, 'Barcelona trust in Martinez'.
If arguably the biggest club in world football at the moment trust him then we should as well. COYB

Barcelona starlet Gerard Deulofeu is set to have a medical with the blues and is set to be confirmed before Saturday. also heard from a reliable source that we will be making a 3m bid for Nathan Redmond and a £7m bid for CSKA Moscow's attacking Midfielder Keisuke Honda. Also reported that everton are monitoring Leroy Fer, Seydou Doumbia and Joleon Lescott.

Believable10 Unbelievable15

Oh dear someone's had a mere I mean Nathan Redmond the Nathan Redmond who has just signed for Norwich?

Agree0 Disagree1

Redmond has gone to Norwich.

Agree1 Disagree0

Why make a 7m bid for honda when 5m would get him?

Agree1 Disagree0

Cant be that reliable lad. Redmond signed for norwich last week

Agree1 Disagree0

Hey mate rumour about redmond is false. He is in Norwich. But I like rumour about keisuke I hope its true

Agree0 Disagree0

Hope so mate, we will be a force to be reckoned with.

Agree0 Disagree0

Haha, if you are making things up, at least make them plausible, I mean Redmond has already signed for Norwich!

Agree1 Disagree0

Deulofeu, maybe. Even likely.
Redmond is already going to Norwich.
CSKA are apparently asking €7M for Honda, so why would we open with a £7M bid? £5M is more likely.
Fer I'll believe. If Norwich is bidding £4. 3M, surely he might be worth a go for that. Would rather have Honda if there's only one CM arrival and no departures, though.
Doumbia, there is absolutely no noise about a transfer anywhere, much less to Everton.
Lescott is apparently part of Pellegrini's plans at City, so while we may be "monitoring" him, he's not going anywhere, especially not for what we'd want to pay.

Agree1 Disagree0

Redmond has already gone to Norwich. Fer will as well. we can't match AC Milan's offer for Honda. Doumbia will also be expensive. Lescott is still wanted by Pellegrino. apart from all of that you might be spot on mate (ie. slim chance of a loan for Deulofeu - if Spurs drop out).

Agree0 Disagree0

I've heard that we are in for kone to!

Agree1 Disagree0

Milan have confirmed that they will wait until Honda is availiable on a free they have already bought a midfielder, so if we act quick we could get him in this window! All depends on how baby we want him, time will tell!
Siefc1979

Agree0 Disagree0

If spurs drop out, where have you been we are close to signing him. Some people just don't have a clue

Agree0 Disagree0

Redmond has already signed for Norwich hasn't he?

Agree0 Disagree0

Deulofeu signed according to Guardian Sport.

Agree0 Disagree0

Unless Redmond does what Unsworth did years ago, you are wrong. person.

Heitinga is to be sold to fenerbahce for around £4m. I have also heard that the fee for Joel Robles was in the region of £1.4million which is an absolute steal in my opinion

Believable12 Unbelievable5

Robles cost less, 700k.

Agree0 Disagree2

Lucky to get half that for him.
Unhappy-Camper

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd be very suprised if we got that for him. More like 2m

Agree0 Disagree0

Robles is the 1 that kicked the ball at bale and went in

Agree0 Disagree0

To the last post, Robles is the one who kept Wigan in the FA Cup Final

Agree0 Disagree0

I think heitinga will suit RM style of play, he's a good footballer but is a big confidence player. You don't go from class to s*** over night, i'd keep him if he wants to stay

Agree0 Disagree0

Robles is also part of the reason they went down last season. I won't be getting excited about this signing!

Agree0 Disagree0

I heard it was around £1.3m aswell

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont dislike johnny, but its time for him to move I think, 4mil sounds about right to me

Agree0 Disagree0

Sell heitinga and gueye. And bring in Honda and Moses

Agree0 Disagree0

Bit disappointed with these signings. Two ageing players and one who atletico basically released?

Agree0 Disagree0

That's an excellent bit of business. Around £1.3m for a young, commanding, up and coming keeper is great value. And the reds pay around £10m for Mignolet. Think we got the better deal there.

Agree0 Disagree1

I like the signing of this keeper yes he kicked the ball against bale but defenders put him in a stupid position messing about at he back he will be playing with the fourth best defence in prem so will improve with games top signing someone who can be a serious contender for no 1 jersey and take over reigns of Howard
