He has family problems! His divorce is still going through!

Agree0 Disagree0

He's moving over the park... {Ed025's Note - i cant see him downgrading..

Agree0 Disagree0

Not Bothered if he stays or goes i don't think he is the player for us. I would sign Pienaar back permenantly first and foremost. As for Next week we have got no chance of beating the mancs because just like we can't win at Analfield, Moyes will do his usual capitulation ainst Sir Alex's men. {Ed025's Note - i fear you may be right..

Agree0 Disagree0

Exactly, Moyes is scared of United and Fergie, just like he is scared of Liverpool. No chance at Old Trafford. {Ed025's Note - we are not scared, its more a lack of belief..

even before distins mistake. We where lucky to still be 1-0 up. If your goin to sit on a lead then jags should have been on in a five man defence with two wing backs. Without a piennar, drenthe or a donavan we pose no threat and it cost us. Remember we are everton. And do have a great manager who is only human and like the players can make mistakes. We gave them too much respect but Will bounce back. Let them spend another 100 mill to try and buy another trophy. It Will all go pear shaped when no league and champions league are in sight. Two more yanks Will go and more debt. We are born not manufactured.

Believable13 Unbelievable8

Born bitter an stay bitter {Ed025's Note - i am!...and not likely to change,,

People calling for moyes's head, you stupid or what? and who do you think could do a better job? its no like were relegation battle, we lost a semi final and yes its frustrating , it wasnt bad tactics today just the players didnt really turn up

Believable23 Unbelievable8

Slaven Bilić
He could do a much better job and he would have us playing football and sack round and bring back irvine or Get big dunc or some one, any one cause stive round is shocking and any one could do a better job!
And get a hole new board and get in a new one with people who enjoy football to make the desisions in a football frame of mind also get a billionaire to bye the club ( maybe that hourse trainer that has been comming up time and time again) and get investors who will back him up !!

Agree1 Disagree0

You have big dreams slaven {Ed025's Note - i like bilic..but the steve round call is spot on for me, we should get rid..

just seen the highlights where skrtel apparently stampted on jelavic and it was a definate red card as he dug his foot in jelavic's thigh purposely also did anyone notice that when coleman fouled gerrard it was literally on the touchline but bellamy took the kick 10 yards away! another contraversal derby with liverpool benefiting from the decisions another poor refereeing and inconcistant display from mr webb

Believable10 Unbelievable17

Forgetting the fact that Coleman should have had a second yellow and been off for that rash challenge, still lets pretend that never happened hey?

Agree1 Disagree0

Coleman should have walked but never mind eh? Selective memory... {Ed025's Note - but would we have noticed?..

Agree0 Disagree0

What about Ratboy's rugby tackle?

Agree0 Disagree1

It is funny how the reds don't see their own flaws. How about squealing to the ref every time a challenge comes in and going to ground with unbeliveable ease. For someone as big as Andy Carroll he spends more time onthe deck than anyone i have seen. Talking of Seamus Coleman i didn't think the second foul was a yellow card and more to the point had Bellamy took the free kick from the right place i don't think Liverpool would have Scored. Still though Moyes got his tactics wrong again.

Agree1 Disagree1

Even if they hadn't scored the winner. Coleman should have gone and we would have played extra-time with 10 men.
We were already holding on and their subs were causing problems.
It pains to say it, but i think we would have lost anyway.

Agree1 Disagree0

Saw the match on TV today after being there yesterday and yes we lost and I really didnt want to be bemoaning yet another shocking referee but again we find that we are treated differently. I have never in recent years seen anything like the rugby tackle that there front man did (I will never say his name) but how he stayed after that I do not know...didnt even get a talking to let alone a yellow or the red he shouldve got. Then he scores the equaliser. Yes we couldve done more and the free kick was poor to give away (althought that got moved as well) but decisions like that are just appaling. So thank you once again to Mr Webb (was appaling at the Etihad earlier this season) and well done. You contributed as per the usual script to handing to them on a plate. Joke

Agree1 Disagree1

Moyes did not get his tactics wrong at all

Cheer up lads we just didnt turn up today and even still we only lost due to a dreadful defensive mistake which changed the game! Unfortunately they wanted it more second half and we looked too nervous as always! Still we have had a great run and we can still finish the season on a high. Wish Pienaar could have played then it might have been a different story, but at the end of the day the best team on the day won so we have to say fair play... no matter how much it hurts right now!!

aflm78

P.S Let's not start all the recriminations, finger pointing and calling for people's heads.... Until this afternoon we were all very happy with our squad and nothing has changed... Besides we just don't have the money to make wholesale changes so lets stick together and stay behind the team!!

Believable17 Unbelievable3

Agree. Think its fair to say that we missed Pienaar, and the option to bring Drenthe off the bench to inject some pace. I would also like to say that in Phil Neville we have a captain who is a credit to our great club and conducted himself with great dignity despite our obvious disappointment. A future manager for us, I'm sure. Difficult for all of us at present, but keep the faith.

Evertons Pienaar has agreed a pre-contract agreement

Believable13 Unbelievable7

Thought u had to be free agent or out of contract at the end of the season to do that

How do you know?

14 Apr 2012 16:19:37
well i had a feeling we would lose today. we lost 3 games to that pile of crap unacceptable. moyes will go now and after his substitutions today good. as soon as heard drenthe wasn't in the team ( dont know why ) and pienaar bein cuptied i thought where will the creativity be and thats what happened. plus was i the only one who thought we should of played jags instead of distin. and suprise he makes a bad mistake. thats the season finished now. well done everton for making me a very angry fan at the moment

Believable4 Unbelievable19

Distin has been excellent all season, jags hasnt so if he would have played him instead of distin we would have been asking questions, nothing we can do now but ove on, still 5 games to go

Agree0 Disagree0

He was piss poor in the last Derby against Liverpool, marking Suatez though!

Agree1 Disagree0

It's hugely disappointing to lose, but we didn't merit a win on that performance. We had nothing about us in the second half. Nobody's name crops up for an honourable mention. Players are to blame for an anaemic, unimaginative performance and Moyes for lacking the wherewithal to galvanise them.

Agree0 Disagree0

Tut tut bitter again you got brushed aside by a better team second half u was a joke /the litherland red ;p

Agree0 Disagree1

"Bitter"? A lazy, ill-conceived and triumphalist post from someone desperate, like a scrawny cat in a flower bed, to leave his mark. Aren't Liverpool the team who "belong" in the Champions League? Of course you "brushed us aside", as you would Barcelona, AC Milan and Real Madrid, non?

Agree1 Disagree0

You lot were rubbish and why oh why you stick with Moyes is beyond me. His tactics today were like someone who was playing against a team who had just been relegated not a team who needed to win to prove to there owners and there manager what winning is all about. I think that was Moyseys last chance and if he want's to stay on for another 10 years then he had better come up with a few billion quid or get out. I know you wont post this because your probably to upset but im afraid that EVERTON are nothing but also ran;s when it comes to the big games against the BIGGER TEAMS. Im afraid that KK has got one over on you lot again , even if he is cr*p. One in the bag and maybe another one to come. IMWT, I think not. Good By Blues.

Agree0 Disagree0

We are higher in the league than you soooo...... Moyes is doing better than your grumpy queen kenny! Typical kopite!

Agree0 Disagree0

Bigger teams? Haven't we beat city, Chelsea and spurs.. But like yourselves we under perform against the crapper teams
We stick together and support the cause, you lot were calling for kennys head a week ago, you spawn another final and alls good? You believe you should be winning the league but don't see any prem titals with your name on them, you've not won the league since the days that we were winning it, I've never met a worse bunch of fans, I couldn't give a s**t about your banter/transfer pages so wht the hell you doing on here? Do one kops**te

14 Apr 2012 16:16:42
We lost... We are still above them in the league, they have money we don't, they buy crap players, we get bargains... All I'm saying! In the end of the day, it's the FA Cup not relegation, keep your heads up high, this is probs one of their last wins against us! We are looking good going into next season, solid players a striker, pienaar maybe coming back... Life's looking up for evertonians, despite losing today! COYB IMWT...

Believable13 Unbelievable16

IMWT.....f***OFF.....sitting back and costing us too many games...about time this nagative person f***ed right off.......

A Liverpool fan here in peace. I just wanted to say thank you for the respect shown today for young Luca Jones.

Exactly! Rivalries put aside for a situation beyond football!

From a father who has lost a young child, i know what jones has been through. I was gutted we lost today but there is more to life than worrying about football. also r.i.p to the italian footballer who died today.

Fair play to Jelly - our best player by far. He was let down in the second half due to a lack of support and us bottling it.
Why do we sit back and refuse to kill them off? Is it the players or their instructions?

Believable11 Unbelievable3

14 Apr 2012 15:46:38
Apart from all the banter and bitterness you guys played well in the 1st half pity you couldnt keep it up when we upped our game to 2nd gear in th 2nd half...never mind...long live the king

Well that's Moyes gone now. I think he'll realize now that we can't compete anymore. No Investment = no chance. However, Moyes going is good news. Negative tactics - if any tactics - will hopefully be a thing of the past. Big changes needed. A few good results does not change the fact that we're dull to watch and falling further behind every year.

Believable10 Unbelievable14

How can you say Moyes going would be good? Do you want to go back to joe royle when we were in a relegation battle every year? Absolutely stupid to want Moyes to got! He is one of the best managers in the league/world. You need to look at the bigger picture.... And we are still above the RS in the league. Rather Moyes over Kenny any day!

Agree0 Disagree0

We're still playing 451! Before Jelavic the '1' wasn't even a striker even though we have loads of them. Moyes is one dimensional - fact. Look at our recent history. Our upturn in form always coincides with him having little choice in terms of picking a team. You're part right though - one of us needs to look at the bigger picture.

Agree0 Disagree0

Joe royle kept us in the PL AND won us the FA cup. Yes I would happy to go back to that

Agree0 Disagree0

I so wish i could beeping swear on this!

Drente not even in the squad??

Believable5 Unbelievable4

We were ok first half but second half we did not come out. The better team on the day won. Just have to try to finish a head of the RS in the league. COYB.
