Not a rumour but completely agree with COBYONE in the comments below, We have done well keeping holding of players (so far) also Palace & Stoke might be spending but their wage bill is nowhere near as high as ours and that's because we have a much better first 11 on paper definitely, BK has had more than enough time to supposedly find a buyer, he can't invest in Everton so why is he still here, it makes no sense for the board to stay in power unless our club is being robbed like many fans do believe

You only have to look at teams like Leeds, Blackburn and Portsmouth to see being bought out doesn't always bring success. To an investor, Everton just aren't attractive, why would someone invest in us when there's no value. We don't own the training ground and as great as Goodison is, it's old and we need a new one. There's far too much cost in buying Everton than just investing to become majority shareholder. Look at city, when they were bought out they already had a new stadium and become an attractive investment. People want it all there own way, we want money but when opportunities like Kirkby come along fans protest and it goes away. Bill is doing the best he can with the options that are in front of him. It's a disgrace of some fans calling him to leave when all he wants to do is secure the future of our great club
{Ed025's Note - good post there tron..
