Fellaini is United bound, they have been informed that Fabregas will definitely not be joining. United have already held talks with Everton who are powerless once release clause is met. Expect this be completed before Everton fly out to the US

I understand that BK has come to an "agreement" with DM to the effect that if Manchester United back away from a further approach for Leighton Baines then a deal could go through for Marouane Fellani. BK has made a tongue in cheek suggestion of a swap deal for Wayne Rooney!
AJ

Believable4 Unbelievable14

Where do people keep getting these ideas of Rooney coming back? We can't afford his salary and he is drivin by money

Agree0 Disagree0

Just like to say, that wasn't me, I don't agree with anything in the post!

Agree1 Disagree0

It's not allways about wages players must learn not every team pays silly wages to kick a ball lol

Agree0 Disagree0

3rd reply- is your name LOL as you seem to use it an awful lot?

Agree0 Disagree0

How can bill negotiate an agreement?there is nothing stopping moyes or any other manager getting Fellaini they just need to activate the release clause.

Baines isn't in the squad for the accrington Stanley game and Manchester United chief exec flies home to conclude a transfer? Doesn't sound good for evertonians

Believable3 Unbelievable16

Well he just come on in the 2 nd half so must be his twin

Agree3 Disagree0

Strange that, considering he's currently flying down the wing, having co
E on for the 2nd half

Agree3 Disagree0

Baines just came on as a sub I thought he wasnt there either the everton website hadnt listed him in the subs on the teamsheet

Agree0 Disagree0

He's there on the bloody pitch

Agree1 Disagree0

He's on as a second half sub

Agree0 Disagree0

One plus one doesn't equal3. don't read between the lines constantly. bk already told utd where to go. rm wants him to stay and he has been told that he doesn't have to sell him.

Agree0 Disagree0

He's flew home to conclude the Rooney to Chelsea transfer and not Baines or Fellaini.

Andy the Chef.

Agree0 Disagree0

Shreks transfer possibly!

Agree0 Disagree0

Everton: Robles, Hibbert, Gibson, Jagielka, Oviedo, Mirallas, Naismith, Distin, Osman, Fellaini, Anichebe (Subs: Springthorpe, Francisco Junior, Pienaar, Kone, Alcaraz, Jelavic, Coleman, Heitinga, Duffy, Grant, WEBSITE AT START OF MATCH NO BAINES MENTIONED UPDATED SINCE THAT

Agree0 Disagree0

Hahah, was that a mirage that came on in the 2nd half, haha

Agree0 Disagree0

Plus it will be for Rooney to Chelsea

Rich84

Agree0 Disagree0

Just got back from the game mate, Baines was there. Came on at half time. Played well
Shaun

Agree0 Disagree0

He played the second half. he isn't going anywhere

Agree0 Disagree0

Was that kid from Barcelona in tonights squad

rumour oviedo season loan to ipswich

Believable5 Unbelievable20

Can't see this one happening. If Baines does leave us Bryan should be his successor. Great little footballer who has a bright future ahead of him. If Baines stays then I can still see Oviedo getting some game time and he can provide cover for Pienaar.

Agree2 Disagree0

I don't believe it!
Unhappy-Camper

Agree0 Disagree0

So we would have no back up if baines gets injured, yeah good one that

Agree1 Disagree1

17 Jul 2013 18:21:19
He's become a real crowd favourite, bit of a cult figure.

Agree1 Disagree0

17 Jul 2013 18:53:00
not going to happen any time soon, certainly not before the Baines situation is sorted liked Oviedo since we bought him would like to see him given more game time at GP

Agree1 Disagree0

17 Jul 2013 20:47:35
Can't see it happening. but the ageing distin can cover on the left if needs be. but I would rather give little Oviedo a run out this season then loan him out.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oviedo played very well on sunday and has done 2nite aswell

Agree0 Disagree0

Bull**** this lads got a big future at everton, he's quality but Moyes never give him a chance.

Heitinga set to leave for 3m to Trasponspor, Felli linked with Man United. Everton to use the money to sign Osvaldo, Cerci and Ben Arfa.

Also heard Yobo has been linked with Everton & Southampton?

Believable6 Unbelievable20

So we are going to use the money from Felli being linked to United to buy players?

The last time I checked, no club gets money because their player (s) were linked to another club.

Make your post more obvious. It 99% won't happen, but make up a fee for Felli's move to United to make it slightly more believable.

Agree0 Disagree1

I could believe the first bit but the rest is bull

Agree0 Disagree0

Yobo? Don't make me laugh

Agree0 Disagree0

Yobo? Go blow!

Unhappy-Camper

Agree0 Disagree0

Keith EFC your reply to OP was harsh; we all know that (s)he means link turning to transfer. If you are struggling to comprehend what (s)he said then perhaps your the one who has problems. If your just trying to give OP grief then cut it out, these spiteful comments stop people posting because they don't want rubbish from the like of you and that ruins everyones enjoyment!

I work in food nutrition and am contracted to THFC
I am also a big blue and what I have just been told this morning is that Fellaini's agent has held talks with Spurs and the rumours are cash plus Defoe & Townsend

Will keep you posted on any developments

Believable3 Unbelievable25

Why would we talk to Tottenham as I thought the clause was a champions league club and also it has to be cash

Agree0 Disagree1

To play champions league football I presume? WUM

Agree0 Disagree1

It would have to b a lot of money plus them 2 as Tottenham aren't a champions league team so won't get him for the buyout clause.

Sinnott 1878

Agree1 Disagree0

Haha, no mate, Fellaini ain't going to Spurs, if he were to leave, it would have to be at the very least a club in the Champions League.

As far as I am concerned, last season and this season, we are on about the same level in Spurs as we both harbour ambitions of top 4, but aren't in the CL this season.

Agree0 Disagree0

His Dad is still in Belgium mate, not correct.

I have in laws who live in the same town and they saw him this morning. Sober, which is a change, hw wants him to sign with Chelsea.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not going to happen. Spurs already have around 10 CM's, and have just signed Paulinho, can't see them looking for another at this time when they desperately need a striker.
File this one under the other 'bullsh*t' rumours.

Agree0 Disagree0

Fellaini won't go to Spurs, he'll only move to a CL club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Never! spurs are not in CL so Fellaini won't even consider a move there

Agree0 Disagree0

Sod that, andy townsends older than me!

Agree0 Disagree0

Not allowed to talk to his agent till they contact us are they, and then they won't negotiate the transfer fee with him!

Agree0 Disagree0

Spurs wouldn't be able to afford. Fellani

Agree0 Disagree0

Townsend has been released so that is not right

Agree0 Disagree0

No chance, he wants CL football.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why's Tottenham's chef posting rumours anyway? :-)

Young Rocky

"Food nutrition for Spurs" = Pizza Delivery boy in North London? {Ed001's Note - or does he make lasagnes??}

So Chelsea have bid for rooney. And If we are to believe we have a 25% sell on clause?. If he goes for 35 mill then that's 8. 75 million. Then again I doubt BK would have agreed 25%! {Ed025's Note - your figures are wrong mate..

Believable6 Unbelievable8

I thought it was 20% of any profit made over £27mill

But who really knows

TJ

Agree0 Disagree0

Evertons % is on the profit so if man u sell him for 35 million, we sold him for 25 million so with a 25% clause we will get 2.5 million

Agree0 Disagree0

They haven't bid £35m, and we only get a percentage of the profit. We will get about 1-2m.

Agree0 Disagree0

I 'm not an insider, but as far as I understand the deal, we get 20% of any profit from a sell on, thus if he were to be sold at 35m, the profit over the base line fee of 27m would be 8m, giving us 1.6 mill, so not a game changer but guess it would help.

Agree0 Disagree0

It was mentioned on here a while back that we no longer had that, due to players taken from them over the past.

Agree0 Disagree0

We traded that clause for the Gibson, Neville, Howard and Saha deals.

With the agreement of course coming after the Gibson deal.

Agree1 Disagree1

Is the deal (if it is still active after all these years) not 25% of anything over £25 mil so if he went for £35 million we would get £2.5 mil

The way around this is £10 mil cash plus player deal and Everton get zip. Which is what I expect to be honest

Rez

Agree0 Disagree1

I would imagine its 25% of the profit made so seeing as he was sold for £25m odd then I think we would get 25% of the £3m profit so **** all in the football world. Am I right saying this Ed?
Cheeks {Ed025's Note - i believe that is the case cheeks..

Agree0 Disagree0

So Ed for example if Rooney went to Chelsea for £25m how much would we get? {Ed025's Note - not a lot mate, only a percentage of any profit..

Everton to sign young Middlesbrough GK Luke Steele as back up for Joel. Howard to return to the US next week, New York Red Bulls set to be interested.

Believable9 Unbelievable24

No chance. Howard still has a few years left in him.

Agree1 Disagree1

More like Bulls*** than Red Bulls methinks.
Unhappy- Camper

Agree2 Disagree0

T. Ho. still our first name in line up always.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeh he still has a few years in which he may go and use them in the USA, if so, thanks for everything Tim, u will never be forgotten, good luck for the future!

Rich84

Agree0 Disagree0

Steele is veeeeery good on Pro Evolution Soccer. let's do it lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Hope it's true, I don't like Howard he let's too many soft goals in. My hearts in my mouth every time he's involved.

Agree0 Disagree1

Luke Steele is the Barnsey GK and he's just signed a new contract, he's a personal friend

Jason Steele is Middlesbrough GK, if your going to make s*** up at least get the names right!

Martyil

Agree1 Disagree0

Rather have Luke Steele than Jason.

But this is just nonsense.
