mcfadden will be unveilled as an everton player, and also james beattie to sign

Believable19 Unbelievable34

I hope this is a reds**te wum talking crap as usual

Agree0 Disagree0

Mcfadden is true, beattie false

Agree0 Disagree0

Mcfadden will be a decent signing for back up,he scores some cracking goals as well

Agree0 Disagree0

Mcfadden signed

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree, getting him for nothing and will to the squad, he can be decent on his day. He left for first team football so never blamed him for that.

Agree0 Disagree0

This signing shows me we are truly going backwards as a club. A few years ago, the club had outgrown players like McFadden, but now, in this piss poor situation we are tking him back. If he wasnt good enough the first time, then what makes Moyes think after a very serious knee injury and a couple years older he is going to be good enough now?

Agree0 Disagree0

He can be descent on his day? when is that?

Agree0 Disagree0

Ive just about accepted that we got Mcfadden back, if we get re sign James Beattie i might actually cry !!
We may aswell ask Brett Angel what he's up to at this point

Agree0 Disagree0

With Glenn Keeley in the back four {Ed025's Note - that would not surprise me! ....why the hell are we signing a player like mcfadden? when we have players like vellios and gueye sitting on the bench?....come on david, get a grip, maybe you want out?...if you do, your going the right way about it..

Agree0 Disagree0

Think about this, yeah he has signed Mcfadden (probably wont get many games) but he is a good addition as his experiance in the Premier League willbe good for the likes of Vellios and Gueye. Moysey wouldnt have signed him if he didnt think he would be worthwhile. So people get of his back and jut support the club and ED do you really think moysey wants out or are you just trying to poke the fire........ your previous comment "maybe you want out?......if you do, your going the right way" if he did get sacked you would be on here first slagging off Kenwright and the board. so maybe you should just support the club and look at the bigger picture.

BLUEFORLIFE NO MATTER WHAT!!! {Ed025's Note - you are not looking at the big picture mate...that is, that the club we love is in decline!, you can look through rose tinted glasses if you want, but the facts are that kenwright has dragged us down with his lack of investment, and now moyes seems to have lost faith in the team!, we are playing boring football and even our great supporters have lost their voice! what i am saying is things have got to change...and quick!...and if that means david leaving...then so be it REALISTIC BLUE FOR LIFE!

Agree0 Disagree0

Moyes needs to give the new lads a decent run in the team drente straqulursi vellios and barkley is a much better player than rodwell also everyone says moyes is a good manager we are getting beat by chelsea 2 # 0 and he doesnt change it at half time and when he does he brings on a midfield player for a striker also saha cant be bothered so come on moyes pull your finger out and get the tactics right now before we get dragged into a relagation battle

News on the bbcsport site is that barkley will sign a 5 yr deal with us in december, fellani may extend his contract (i feel if he wanted to stay then he would if signed by now, but we shall see) and the best news of all is we are in talks with mcfadden, oh dear lol! Well its another option i suppose! Better than anchebe (not hard) also looks like we may have some money to spend in january but only the board and moyes knows the answer to that!
Ideal scenario would be barkley and felli to extend there contracts, and a striker signed in january and a whole new system and tactics deployed on the field ie play to win :-)

Believable23 Unbelievable8

Could really do woth felli and barkley signing new deals matey. We desperately need a winger, forward and creative centre mid too but seeing as bill will probs give moyse about £1m max then i just can't see anyone worthwhile coming in. Its going to be a long hard season me thinks

Agree0 Disagree0

We already have wingers in drenthe and gueye and creative mifielder in bily, but moyes is ruluctant to drop players and freshen things up! We also hve a striker in denis who isnt getting look in, we have options just not getting a chance to see them, but definatley need additions to shake the team up!

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe Dennis hasn't settled and needs time or moyes might not rate him I hope Im wrong like

Agree0 Disagree0

Stop talking like a joker. Big Vick has done more for our club than Faddy ever did. I cant see moyes getting him back.

Agree0 Disagree0

Would be brilliant news if we resign both, not too sure about Fellaini though, I think he is assessing the situation at Everton, and thinks maybe now is the time to leave.

I reckon Heitinga and Billy will be sold in January, both have to think of representing their countries at Euro (especially Heitinga) and being constantly on the bench isnt helping their causes, such a shame, because Jags and distin are garbage together, our defence has been awful this season, and Heitinga is the best CB at the club, he can also pass a ball unlike Distin or Jags.

Fellow Blues, I MAY have some bad news... Very strong rumours regarding a £15m deal for Ross Barkley that has already been agreed with Man Utd in Jan. They will loan him back to us for the season. ALL money to go to the bank BUT it would mean the vast majority of money from any other sales could be reinvested. I hope its not true but watch this space. It would make sense given Moyes has not given the kid any real competitive games. Also, according to same source the Arteta deal was not 'last few hours of the window' stuff. The deal was concluded at 10 am that morning but the money had to go straight to bank so they requested it look like it was last minute so they could use it as an excuse for the lack of a replacement. My source would probably rather not be named, but he may have played Snooker for those in the know.

Believable8 Unbelievable53

So now John Parrot knows everything that's going on at the club? Sorry mate, don't believe a word. And since when have league matches not counted as "real competitive games"?

Agree0 Disagree0

Here we go with the "my source" stories! Do us a favour and atleast wait til january before you start flooding this site with bulls**t stories! I reckon barkley will sign a new contrct with us when hes 18!

Agree0 Disagree0

I have heard the same rumour about Arteta. Apparently the approach came the day before window closed and was concluded over night... As for Barkley, no idea, but would make sense given he aint played for us since bursting on the scene in July/August...

Agree0 Disagree0

Barkley to go in Jan. Have heard this is a dead cert. Sadly have to agree with the poster, it makes sense. My best friends son is on the books at EFC & Barkley aint been in training for 2 weeks. He has been somewhere else.

Agree0 Disagree0

If he hasn't even been training why is he always on the bench? Surely you wouldn't have him in the squad at all! He's going nowhere in Jan (barring silly money being offered) Moyes had already said he will pick the right games to throw him in. He's about 17 isn't he? That's a season or so short of playing every week for me.

I also have a mate who's lad is in the academy, they hardly ever see the first team squad so you are either making it up or Denis Taylor told you (after John Parrot told John Virgo who told him)!

Agree0 Disagree0

If ross really has been sold we would know about it one way or another.

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont parrot stuff!

Agree0 Disagree0

Hasnt he been away with the U21? may explain why he hasnt been in over the last week or so?!?! Also reckon Moyes is playing a game after seeing all the fuss made of Rooney. He will play him when he feels the time is right I reckon. He is just trying to protect a little at the moment.....and if it comes to it and he does get sold as long as we get a good chuck of cash and some sell on/clauses then that unfortunately is reality....shame but thats the way it is right now. Lets wait and see!

Agree0 Disagree0

Barkley has already said he is at happy at Everton and is expected to sign a 5yr contract when he turns 18. Moyes has said he has had a little hernia problem and is not rushing him in because he has missed a lot of football due to his leg break, Moyes is just slowly introducing him because people forget he is only 17.

Agree0 Disagree0

Original Poster: Quote from Moyes (On Barkley),

"If someone comes for Ross I've always said it it's expensive to buy off Everton. If you're going to come and try to take our better players we don't sell cheap, that's for sure.

"I'm sure the bigger clubs will be looking at him, but we've no intention of selling. I think we've got the team to carry Ross. The club is in a much better position (than with Rooney)."

.... Now thats a really strong hands off warning...OK sure guys, we arn't looking to sell him at all. By deal agreed I mean a gentleman's agreement that he will go to Man Utd is agreed (there is still such a thing in football). And if it doesn't happen in January it will happen in the summer, and he will be loaned back for the next season... And for all the true optimists, lets say we somehow manage to keep hold of him for two/three more years, he will then be gone.... to Man Utd. So...Deal done, end of, move on ladz.

Agree0 Disagree0

So now we are conducting transfer deals 2-3 years in advance AND running off to tell John Parrot all about it!?!

Agree0 Disagree0

OK mate, you dont have to believe it. But dont act suprised when it happens... Ofcourse though, Utd are never after our youngsters. Only reason they havnt got rodwell already is because he had a poor season last year and is probs considered not good enough for them. {Ed025's Note - i for one can well believe it!..nothing the club does at the moment surprises me!..
