Eds what do you think of the manolo gabiadini link? . is there intrest from us?

{Ed025's Note - its hard to say fanatic, there is nothing this end yet but that does not automatically that its not true, by all accounts hes an attacking midfielder and can play up top which would fit the bill but i have yet to learn of any offers or price on the guy mate..

Read that swansea where quoted 19m. that was in the express around June July time.
I think he'd be good for us and give rom and ross some competition.
Hopefully one of the deals were working on.
A cb, attacking cm, and a striker please ronny.

Hi Eds seen the note about not holding our breath about Slimani, is that because we aren't actually interested in him? I read that he could be missing for 6 weeks for the African cup of nations which I guess puts teams off.
Or was your comment because you don't feel he would be interested in a move to Everton?

{Ed002's Note - Sporting Lisbon are open to selling Islam Slimani at the right price and the prior interest of West Ham and Crystal Palace was revived - at least for a while. Previous interest from Fiorentina, Napoli, Fenerbahce, Aston Villa, Norwich and Bordeaux appears to have gone. Leicester, Shalke, Bayer Leverkusen, Liverpool, Spurs, Udinese, Everton and Borussia Dortmund have scouted the player in recent months. If an offer close to the asking price is made it is possible a deal can be done this Summer for the striker. They were asking close to €30M and rejected a €17M offer from an English side out of hand in January. So perhaps €25M would work for one of the clubs who are looking to press ahead with a deal with West Brom getting close to making an acceptable offer. Liverpool will likely not pursue their interest and Crystal Palace, having two other striker targets, have moved on. Both Southampton and Everton were also looking at the player but neither has shown enough interest to make any sort of serious offer.}

{Ed002's Note - No. Right now I expect that he will move to England over the next 10 days or so (with a bunch of other players that various clubs are chasing), but I nthink it very unlikely it will eb to Everton ST.}
