Ed is it a possibility we could sign landon donavon on loan as i have read on other web pages {Ed001's Note - unlikely, he has a soft spot for Everton but he wasn't so keen on being in England for an extended period.}

Think its quite likely he'll come if dm wants him. The only reason he didnt come last year was that he was tired after the world cup

I'm from N.Ireland and I have a great respect for David Moyes as a manager, he works on a shoe string and does very well, there is a young player here in our local league his name is Rory Donnelly he's 19 year old and a goal scoring forward, he has a lot of talent and I think he would blossom under someone like David Moyes, have a look, costs nothing.

A Relative who is on the staff of the Australian national team told me that Brett Holman, Australian striker based at AZ Alkmaar Dutch league is expected to come to Everton in January, he is running down
his contract & will be available for a bargain price. Apparently Everton have had several looks at him and talks are advanced, he looks like he would be suited to the EPL, I think he is worth a chance.

Being an Aussie must admit Holman has took that next step in his career and certainly has the attributes required to play in the Prem.
He has been so good that he has replaced Cahill in the starting XI for the Australian national team.
To be honest, I wouldnt mind seeing him come in, work rate is exceptional and much like Timmy he seems to be in the right place at the right time.
Although, he shouldnt be priority, we should be focussing on a creative midfielder/winger and of course a striker, but if the price is right then would be a very good buy.

His scoring record is piss poor for a striker so a no from me. We are desperate for someone who can bang in 15-20 goals a season and he aint it. Cheeks

He isnt a striker, he is more of an attacking midfielder.
