hi ed heard a rumour peanuts wants to come back satd he made wrong choice in going to spurs you heard anything on this ed {Ed025's Note - i heard something similar, but i think he has burnt his bridges with us..

Believable4 Unbelievable6

We all make mistakes! Would you take Rooney back? Blue Lee

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd take Pienaar back if it was for the same amount Spurs said for him or less.
He was brilliant for us and if he did return hopefully he'd return to the form he had before he left us.
Also just imagine how good we would be down the wings:

RB - Coleman
RM - Drenthe
LB - Baines
LM - Pienaar

Agree0 Disagree0

Nah, keep Drenthe on the left, this is no time for messing around by playing people out of position. Peanuts has made his bed and I'm afraid he's going to have to lie in it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry peanuts you made your bed go sleep in it we dont want you {Ed025's Note - a lot of supporters feel this way..

Agree0 Disagree0

I love 'Pienis is unhappy' stories!
Keep em coming - they're hilarious :)

'I-just-copy-moyes' Redknapp and ungrateful-little-sh** Pienaar deserve each other - and both got what they deserve. Ha ha

(Fellaini take note)

Agree0 Disagree0

To be honest, if it was 2-3mil, then yes I would take him back, we still need someone to replace Arteta, and Pienaar can definitely do the job as he showed. Everyone makes mistakes, you think he doesnt deserve another chance? I mean if someone offered you more money what would you do? He made a choice, it was the wrong choice, and now he realises just how good it was at Everton, so he wouldnt take it for granted again. The finances make sense in this deal, and our club is all about finances, imagining a midfield of
Fellaini----Rodwell
Drenthe-------Cahill/Osman----Pienaar

To me that is a very good 5 man midfield, we have pace/creativity on the wings, solid defensive mids and with Cahill a scoring threat or with Osman creativity, very good balance to me.

Although I dont see Moyes wanting him back, Moyes is as stubborn as it comes and his pride would get in the way.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well peanuts, it looks like God has screwed you over! LOL

Agree0 Disagree0

He left because he wanted top wages, so if he came back he would be on bottom wages cos we are skint... so he wont come back...

Agree0 Disagree0

Hhm - what a dilemma - 75k pw as non-used sub or 50k pw (yeh, your price has dropped!) and playing and liked by your team's fans - ooow tough choice for a greedy little fckwt

anyway - we've replaced him with Drenthe - so bye bye Pienaar back to obscurity where you came from before the mighty blues made something of you

Agree0 Disagree0

I have lots of mixed feelings about this 1..glad I don't have to make the choice {Ed025's Note - i have mixed feelings as well....i dont know whether to hate him.....or loathe him?...

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd defo take him back. Still guts me seeing him in a spurs shirt (altho that hasn't happened much!)

Agree0 Disagree0

It's absolutely natural for a player wanting to play on the big stage CL e.g.
however as fans it's absolutely natural for us to expect intelligent considered decision making, when a player turns his back on them...in this case it was nowhwere to be seen doh!
the world and his wife knew he was bench material at Spuds...

Noticed a post regarding the best ever Everton team. Thinking long and hard about the worst Everton team over my time in supporting the blues over 30 years:

1 P.Gerrard
2 M Hottiger
3. K.Sansom
4. N.McDonald
5. P.Koldrup
6. D.Williamson
7. A. Van De Meyde
8. R.Warzycha
9. B.Angell
10. S."Barndoor" Barlow
11. P.Beagrie

Did find it difficult for centre backs to be honest.
But that team would strike fear into the heart of any opposition!

N.McDonald
M.Hottiger P.Koldrup

Tony thomas mitch ward and claus thomson would be in my worst everton. also danny williamson was shocking {Ed025's Note - all of them...with gordon lee as manager..

Agree0 Disagree0

Not sure if he counts as he was only a loan signing but how about Espen Baardsen in goal. One game, four goals conceded and the single worst keeping display I've ever seen. {Ed025's Note - what a plonker he was..

Agree0 Disagree0

I liked peter beagrie tho {Ed025's Note - he was fun to watch...crap...but fun to watch..

Agree0 Disagree0

Can’t believe you left out Alex Nyarko

Agree0 Disagree0

Bit tight on beagrie - he did a few good things didn't he? {Ed025's Note - yes..he left..

Agree0 Disagree0

Wat bout madar,shockin

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you messing.... BOB THE POLE was a quality winger, I used to love watching his muzzy running down the wing

Agree0 Disagree0

Why do I see no Mikael Madar, Espen Baardsen or the all-s**tey Scott Gemmill!?!?!? {Ed025's Note - there are too many to mention. we have had a lot of good players, but my god...weve had some s***e..

Agree0 Disagree0

Peter Beagrie ? He wasn't the worst like ! Wasn't great but bit unfair to list him in the worst team haha

Agree0 Disagree0

Everyone is forgetting the forever undependable Earl Barret. What a clown of a defender he was.

Agree0 Disagree0

Beattie what a plonker

Agree0 Disagree0

Gareth Farrelly... need i say more

Agree0 Disagree0

You cant have a worst ever Everton team without Claus Thomsen in it. Stephen Hughes and John Spencer would also have to make my list.

Agree0 Disagree0

Carl tiler, Ian Wilson, Richard wright. Farrelly escapes cos of his goal against coventry

Agree0 Disagree0

Carl tiler, Ian Wilson, Richard wright. Farrelly escapes cos of his goal against coventry

Agree0 Disagree0

Victor Anichebe

Agree0 Disagree0

Alex nyarko must be in the side {Ed025's Note - he would be captain..lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Shandy is a bit harsh too - redeeming fact...crossed the ball for gosling to score in last min against sh1te...

Agree0 Disagree0

What about alan biley, alan ainsworth, mark pembridge {Ed025's Note - put an end to this guys....its making me cry...

Agree0 Disagree0

Rod belfit.joe harper.ernie hunt fookin rubbish....

Agree0 Disagree0

Goalie is the hardest choice, it could have been any from david lawson ,dai davis, paul gerrard and steve simonson

Agree0 Disagree0

Preki should at least get in on the bench

Agree0 Disagree0

P.Gerrard
P.kroldrup
C.Short
A.Pistone
N.McDonald
A.Van De Meyde
Li Tie
A. Nyarko
I.Tal
M.Madar
I.Bakayoko

This is the worst team ever ha ha

Agree0 Disagree0

Craig Short - definitely - he was deliberately trying to get us relegated when he knew the manager wanted to sell him in his last season - every time he played he fkd up at least twice per game to giftwrap a goal to the opposition - great spot!

M.Hottiger P.Koldrup {Ed025's Note - that is a nightmare of a side mate..but i might swap beagrie,for either anichebe...or jo..

Saha is left out of squad for tonights game, moyes wil be offered a new contract in the new year and still waiting on new on fellis contract talks! Whats your thoughts ed? {Ed025's Note - saha, is probably being aimed at the city game, david will sign in his own time, but the big worry is felli....we have to give him an ultimatum, either sign before january...or your out the door!, we dont want another peanuts saga!..

Believable2 Unbelievable1

DM loves the club. and the fans need to show him that he should stay and get behind him at the games. {Ed025's Note - i think we all appreciate what david has done for the club, as far as i am aware the supporters are behind him, so im not really sure what you are trying to say?

Saha not in squad.....Hopefully we see Straqualersui and Vellios upfront !!!
Think Saha will be back for Man City game though.

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Would love to see two strikers start a game , fingers crossed :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

I hope so...

Agree0 Disagree0

Surely for a league cup 4th round game at home moyes will go 4-4-2 ?? Im not holding my breathe though LOL

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah but it would be better to see if saha could play with the two aswell

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe Moyes wanted to hold saha back incase he got injured last night. I fully expect to see Saha on the bench at Man City. Also, Moyes has every right to be pretty pissed at Saha. He was left out of the team as he hadnt trained and said he wasnt ready to play a friendly on the wednesday, he has no right to question the managers decision especially on twitter. {Ed025's Note - to be honest..i expect him to lead the line on saturday..

Saha is not involved in the squad for tonights game, kenwright is set to offer moyes a new long term contract! Interesting to see if he signs or not!
