We agreed the clause in Perez contract and was accepted by club but arsenal matched it eventually he preferred them think champions league had massive factor in this for Perez can't blame him he is 27 could of been his last chance of champions league football.

Fact of the matter is players will chose teams that are in c league over us and so they should! It shows that they are motivated by football reasons and not just the money. If it was Stoke or west ham I'd be worried but I say good luck to the lad, hopefully we get a few decent faces in and maybe in a couple of years they will be choosing us for the same reasons.

Apparently everton could have had this deal done and dusted last week but as usual efc take 3 times longer than any other club to get deals done and if reports r to be believed arsenal turned down the chance to buy this guy last week as they were after lacazette but that fell thru so they turned there attentions back to perez and got him or will have soon efc could ave had him signed enough said.
