Everton have tabled a bid for Tottenham's Belgian winger Nacer Chadli. Chadli is seen as an attacking replacement for the injured Brayan Oviedo.

Canales looks like a good player and I've read a lot of reviews on chadli and I could only find one bad one. We need a new midfielder as oviedo has been injured and I feel that they would both be perfect fits but that's just my opinion

We were apparently interested in the left midfielder Dusan Tadic (8 goals in 19 games) for the FC Twente Serbian, perhaps that may happen now

Franck ribery is 31, would you not have him for 3.5m? Leon britten is a very good player, the best leon in the premier league

Agree with Mike, even if he is being his sarcastic self - no offence Mike - Leon Britton is a very good player. Technical, great awareness of space and a great engine. Having said that I can't see this move having much benefit to us should it have any legs

'Franck ribery is 31, would you not have him for 3.5m?', that's a shockingly bad argument. Of course you would, that's like saying you would be willing to pay £30m for Modibo Maiga because you'd pay that for Messi, who's the same ages. That said, he wouldn't be that bad a signing, but I'd still prefer it to be for less than that.

alternatively, you may wish to consider that the engine which britton has and holds the best benefit to us as he will run and close down players all day, will not last forever. He would in my eyes just be another osman. a bit part player for the next couple of years and become more involved in 1st team football if players of the 1st team become injured

Apparently Utd have bid for Luke Shaw. let's hope they really go after him I was informed 2 years ago that Shaw was to be a Chelsea player. I don't know if this is fact but Baines needs to sign that deal soon.
