Just Heard on ssn that Rory Donnelly is going to Swansea and that they have pipped the Reds to his signature. However no mention of a bid from ourselves. More disappointment. Still COYB.
Shame yes, but glad he's chosen Swansea over the sh*te. Shows he realises he'll just rot in the reserves there.....well actually, prob get 8 games to begin with ;-)

Ive seen a couple of stories today claiming that spurs are going to offer us 20 million plus peanut for rodwell! I highly doubt thats the case as ive also read that spurs want to sell kranjar and peanut to raise funds for another player! But if it was true then ill happily wave bye bye to rodwell in exchange for 20 mill and little peanut! :-) what do you reckon ed? {Ed001's Note - they do want to sell Pienaar and Kranjcar, but to raise funds to buy, so I doubt either will be going on a part-ex.}

I think Moyes can spot a decent player - he just cant always afford them - but he doesnt often sign bad players for big money - I think Billy is the only exception and he signed him on the word of another manager - gus hidink I think - though he should have done his own homework - lesson learnt (though billy might be good in another position, another team or another league - so maybe it was the mix that went wrong there)
