Hopefully (and probably) a load of tabloid rubbish but apparently Roberto Martinez is wanted by Inter Milan

As RM has often said, speculation, whatever the actual truth might actually be, linking our players (and now our manager) with other clubs is a sign of how well they're doing at Everton. Unless these "stories" persist - and start to approach "tapping up" - I would expect RM and the players concerned to be totally calm about them - even to the point of being amused by the antics of the journo-jokers who publish them. As always, today's newspapers are tomorrow's fish and chips wrappers ;-)

Considering that even in our run of questionable form we are a total class above today's inter Milan, I'm not sure why Martinez would even want that job, let alone why they would think they could get him.

I would be worried if it was a top team in Spain because I think Roberts would then have a decision to make otherwise why would he want to jump ship to the Italian league? Nah not having this 1

I think it's a load of rubbish. The rumour itself; that they want him, is believable. But even if it's true I don't believe for one second that they would get him. He's trying to build something lasting here, and Inter are in a bit of a mess at the moment. I don't think anyone seriously big will come in for him unless we start winning things and qualifying for the champions league on a regular basis.
