Why so much negativity? You need all need to save your energy until Saturday 5pm. {Ed025's Note - so you want positivity?...give david his p45

Believable6 Unbelievable6

Well said Ed another person blind folded and probably a two game a season guy!

Agree2 Disagree6

Ed 025 please you know thats not the answer is hand was forced tonite through injuries, he never had the chance to make a change to improve the game as such, then landon and dennis had to play the full 90 and they looked knackered, the shape got all messed up and bolton got lucky because of that, wait til ross gets a hatrick saturday, dont lose the faith ed come on a massive win in the cup saturday and we will all be singing from the same royal blue hymn sheet again!! We are blues not whinge bag reds COYB!! {Ed025's Note - but it gets tiresome saying that every week!....these are professional footballers ffs! mostly internationals...they are not bad players, so you have to look elsewhere for the reason behind this debacle...and david is where the buck stops!..

Agree7 Disagree4

Ed can u name managers that can
Do any fink with this side we have got we have nothing going forward and without money motes hands are tied we lack a centre forward and a creative midfielder every 1 going on about Barkley what happens when he comes straight into squad and it don't work use will all be on motes case again at end of day were al blues an all frustrated but motes isn't the problem it's kenwright we want 442 it didn't work wand look use all if it did work use would be praising motes get behind the team instead of moaning cos moan all use like nothing going 2 change till kenwrights gone and that is problem {Ed025's Note - moyes..or motes?...as you like to call him, is the reason 4-4-2 does not work!...we have far superior players than the likes of norwich and swansea, yet they play attractive football and get results!....

Agree3 Disagree4

Ive always been a fan of Moyes but his relentless loyalty to Neville, Cahill & Saha coulped with such negative tactics means I would no longer be sad to see him leave...Get me Brendan Rogers any day of the week....whos with me??

The Shadow {Ed025's Note - not my no1 choice mate...but could not be any worse!..

Agree6 Disagree8

Fck sake ed thats one bad result following a decent spell, besides who else could we have? Seeing as we haven't a penny to rub together I doubt we could pay any sort of compo fee for anyone useful, on a different note Walter Smith is without a club ; ) {Ed025's Note - come off it mate!...we could all see the writing on the wall, we have been poor all season..in my book we should aspire to better than that, do the words NIL SATIS NISI OPTIMUM mean nothing to you!..

Agree4 Disagree3

Never been a Moyes fan myself, just a younger version of Walter Smith. What we need is a manager with foresight and vision a change of philosophy if you like...it can be done, and it needs to be done as im fed up of teams like Norwich, Swansea and Wigan being able to pass a ball while we can't

Moyes out/Kenwright out {Ed025's Note - all good points mate...you wont get any arguments from me!

Agree4 Disagree6

Here we go again. Explain to why tonight is David Moyes' fault, when are the players going to take some responsibility?
Did Moyes tell everyone to switch off for the 2nd goal and stand and watch as Gary Cahill scored.
Moyes can't win. He plays 4 4 2 and we lose and people complain, and yet that is what everyone wanted.
If we didn't have injuries do you think he would play Heitinga and Neville in center of midfield no he wouldn't it would be Fellani and Rodwell with Ossie out wide, or Fellaini and Ossie with Drenthe out wide, but at the moment that is all we have so we are stuck with them.
To want Moyes out is just plain stupid! {Ed025's Note - its not just about tonight!...we have been poor all season, our team is full of internationals who are not producing the goods!...so who do you blame?

Agree11 Disagree3

On a seperate point, if your'e the "peoples club" how come you never fill your ground. Ever . Not even at xmas. Or kids for a quid. Surely a city with 1Million people in, of whom most support Everton(apparently) you might hope to fill it occassionally, but apparently not, maybe your'e all full of s**t and the city is really red, as you know it is.

Agree5 Disagree19

If you look around you will see plenty of empty seats at all prem grounds even at we have a 23 year waiting list anfield where you can now buy match day tickets get a grip and look at the money situation in the country at the moment people have to save and get off our page {Ed025's Note - thats true mate..he is just trying to wallow in our misery..is that what you have come down to reds?....shame on you!

Agree6 Disagree1

Get a grip every game every season supporter i am and no i dont want to change the manager we are only a striker away from being up there a good striker scores goals which get the rest of the team playing and the crowd buzzing problem is we dont have one {Ed025's Note - we do need a striker as a matter of urgency!..but there are more problems than that, we look devoid of ideas, and lacking heart and motivation...we still have a very good squad, but need better leadership IMO,,

Agree3 Disagree1

I think you'll find when the ash cloud prevented travelling that the sh!te struggled to half fill their ground - clear evidence that there are less than 20,000 matchgoing reds in the city.

Agree8 Disagree2

Ive watched every game so far this season the quality is very poor below our standard all we need is a striker saha is missing shots that even torres could score he is too old now Anichebe won't do anything different 4 us or that straculursi? one striker pliz would do just someone that can hit the ball on target it's getting embarrising to watch second from last on match of the day ! Nil satis Nisi optimum ye right

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey redshi?e firstly go get a life and go on your own forums you sad southern blurt

Next I always listen to Talksport and whenever an everton fan phones in they are always a scouse accent or around that area, whenevr a red phones in they are always a southerner, honestly have a listen its comical

Great big southern glory hunting tossers

Agree3 Disagree2

Wish we had marty the messiah but hes up the road with mackems

Agree1 Disagree0

Everyone forgets what moyes has done on a shoestring budget, one bad result after a good spell and people want him out. No other manager could do what he's done

Camera spent a long time focusing on a Asian guy in he directors box tonight only for snods to over it up by saying thats where Harry Rednapp was sat. May be just May be some truth in these takeover rumours!

Believable8 Unbelievable14

I agree , our club is turning in 2 a bottom half of the table team . I worried {Ed025's Note - your number 6

Agree6 Disagree4

Bolton could not by a win anywhere else and then to to Goodison and get a win. Disgraceful. I keep trying to be positive, but it's almost becoming difficult to find anything to feel upbeat about. {Ed025's Note - tell me about it!..

Agree5 Disagree1

What was the point of selling the yak for what? less than £2 mil. Saha isnt up to it anymore {Ed025's Note - he is not the only one mate!

Agree2 Disagree2

Tbh, for the past 2- 3 years everyone has said Yak is lazy etc, and he has been. He spent a lot of time before his injury and when he came back looking like he didn't give a crap. Yes he is scoring for Blackburn, but IMO, he didn't look interested in scoring for us! A bit like Saha now! Whereas Cahill on the other hand isn't scoring, but he looks hungry, and pis*ed of when he misses a chance!

Agree6 Disagree5

Agree4 Disagree3

Ask Bill how the "meaningful discussions " are going !

Agree4 Disagree1

If he builds a new stadium as well, we cane call them what we want cos it'll prob be built " where the streets have no name "

Agree3 Disagree1

He says announcement has been delayed as takeover has hit a snag, The new party want a ground share with the RS, and Bill is strongly advising against it (Via @Counter__Attack Twitter account)

Does any one know the budget moyes has got to work with this january? i think its key we try and keep hold of rodwell because it then gives moyes the chance to bring in some mediocre replacement. I completely disagree with loans, we cant build a team with loan deals, drenthe should be one of our main targets this transfer window, adds a new dimension to our game. if we keep drenthe, rodwell, felliani, baines, we've got a very good, top 6 midfield. but another change which is key, we need to support our striker 4,4,2,. saha/ cahill/ vellios/anicebe are not knocking up a tally of goals every season and with saha and cahill being in the last chapter of their game, i know its been said before, we need a goal scorer, bobby zamora, even donovan in the next few months will hopefully support and sit behind a striker. I think with a good striker, keeping drenthe and rodwell, obvcourse barkley ( who could in future sit in a supporting attacking role) playing 4,4,2 ( our back 4 is strong, our midfield too) we'll bne able tp get top 7 untill this "investment comes along", i think the next 5 years at this club we'll see a lot change.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

I dont think he has a bean if he sells billy for 5-6 mil prob get 2 mil if were lucky {Ed025's Note - sounds right..

Agree3 Disagree1

Kenwrights theatre bizzness just made 2 mill profit,so say 2 mill 1p........g

Agree2 Disagree1

I know I'm probably talking utter s**te here to my fellow evertonians, but is it just me that thinks billy could be the player who sits behind the striker? I know we have other 'potential' but I think he coukd be a short term answer whilst we are skint. He's got an excellent left foot as he has proved against wolves, united, Birmingham abd portsmouth and maybe a few more

Agree9 Disagree2

Thats the position he plays for russia I think

Agree5 Disagree0

I recon a serious £3,500,000

Agree2 Disagree0

I've always thought Billy should be given a chance behind the striker and I'm quite dissapointed that he will probably be sold during this transfer window. We all know the potential he had and still has and it's a shame he's never been able to live up to the expectations. On the other hand, I believe he's not done himself any favours by the lack of work rate from him during games. Maybe playing out of his usual position could be a potential reason for his lack of focus but never the less until he is used in his preferred position for a decent run of games I believe the option to sell him is not the best way forward for our club.. After all how much of the potential funds are we actually going to receive? With an goal drought and out of form Cahill I cannot understand why Moyes has not tried this. We all know Moyes is stubborn and fails to adapt to changing environments at times but I believe it's unnacceptable to show favouritism within team selections when we are playing the most negative football I have ever seen in my time of watching our beloved club. I'm all for Moyes, he's been our saviour at most times but this is a stumbling block in which he needs to guide us through and so far we have not even cleared the first hurdle.

ToffeeBoyJack.

We aint got any dosh mate, maybe a loan signing or 2 or even a free transfer

Today being linked with Gibson sounds kind of realistic as we could use a good goal scoring and creative midfielder and on loan to and seems a moyes type player hardworking and reliable and he couldnt do a worst job than nev and heitinga in the middle and he has one hell of a shot on him but desperately need a striker with the echo saying this morning that we are interested in erdnic which next to mr moyes is our most reliable source but sadly according to FIFA rules we can only have one more player on loan as we already have strac, drenthe and donavon! fingers crossed for any kind of signing to boost the side and get people fighting for places and get cahill out of the starting 11 as he is losing it and him starting is dragging the team down aswell {Ed025's Note - i see you did not leave a name?..gibson a goal scoring creative midfielder?....two words..jog on!

Daily Mail today saying were after Darren Gibson from Man United. Just like I said about 5 days ago on here and got completely shot down ! Up here for thinking, down there for dancing. Also heard were VERY CLOSE to announcing a loan deal, but dont know who. Might be at the game tonight so hopefully well see then. D

Believable8 Unbelievable7

United have previously been heavily linked to Rodwell and more recently Barkley, couldn't agree a fee for Barkley in August. Does anyone think Barkley could leave for OT this January? Perhaps even loaned back to Everton until the summer, similar to the Smalling signing?

Sydney! {Ed025's Note - i hope not syd...i think utd are trying to bully us into selling our talent!...you are playing on our misfortune and are taking advantage of our financial situation!...i suppose you think you can take our stars, and then palm us off with your dross, we dont want the likes of gibson, anderson, carrick, or the terrible twins!, we are trying to build something here, and to lose our top stars would be a real kick in the teeth for the supporters...so its no thanks!..please look elsewhere..

Agree6 Disagree6

Personal opinion: Gibson is s**t! won't get into our side! {Ed025's Note - im with you on that.

Agree9 Disagree2

Oh My God! The Daily Mail reported it, so it MUST be true, I mean they never report anything that isnt true.

Agree4 Disagree7

'Ed025'

I am not like most United fans who believe we can just take your players, but the fact remains that Ross is a player SAF wants and Everton will have a valuation for him. Any idea what the valuation is? And what United offered in August?

Sydney! {Ed025's Note - i know you are a true utd fan syd, but the fact is..we dont want to sell him!, when you enquired about him, you were told he was not for sale...this is still the case!, but with our owners you never know..the gap between the have,s and have not,s is growing wider, and its very frustrating being in the latter group, if we start selling our better players, then its a very slippery slope, so i hope you realise my reluctance to enter into speculation..

Agree4 Disagree1

Is this the same daily mail that said we were having a fire sale as gave Mustaffi away on a free? Why would we sell Barkley to Man Utd then loan him back? he doesn't get a game now.

Agree5 Disagree1

Gibson is 100% crap, must never be allowed to wear a blue shirt, one of they worst player have ever seen play in prem leg.

Agree7 Disagree3

Sir Alex trying to shaft the blues again by offering us shxt for our crown jewels. Grow a pair of balls Bill and tell him to fxck off. (Wavertree Blue) {Ed025's Note - that goes for all of us wavo..
