That's it for me lad
All I needed was one more push and you've just provided it
I'm starting a revolution!
Who the hell is the man at Everton who is convinced we should buy all manures rejects?

Agree1 Disagree1

{Ed025's Note - to be fair pablo gibbo and clevs for the money paid have not been the worst buys ever mate..

06 Apr 2016 19:00:43
I would trade them both in for a creative midfielder Ed
Nani and carrick mate?
Neville was bad enough! Also blomqvist? Hughes? Luis?
There's too many for my liking
Maybe it's my fault and because I have watched us lift cups and win leagues I still regard the club Moto as being relevant!
I want an up and coming, successful, hungry manager that wants the next star not the old Star or the has been and it's so frustrating to watch this club being run so badly
I've been ranting for 2 days now Ed and I just wish this club and the manager and the board would look at the club motto and fully understand it and if they feel inside that they have failed to produce " Nothing but the best" in their daily duties then they should walk away quietly and let the next fella give it a go
Frank de boer all the way for me and half the freeloaders on the board should be sacked for men who want to win!

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i know its frustrating pablo but until the season ends there is nothing going to happen imo mate, lets just hope moshiri can awaken this sleeping giant and shake up all the under-achievers from the board to the tea lady..

06 Apr 2016 19:32:13
Never a truer word said that Pablo.

It is either Newspaper hype or flaws being overlooked - same as Bill with Roberto perhaps - Even with my feeble brain, a little research shows what a disruptive influence (Eto mark 2) this lad could have. He will not be content unless he is first on the Team Sheet and if not then trouble ahead. To bring in the likes of Yarmalenko, Nani etc! it would also mean changing the Manager. But what do I know, perhaps that is exactly what is on the Boards mind.

Clev maybe gibbo is a strange comment isn't it? He has never established himself not once. He has more injuries than a small hospital. We have better than nani not saying he is poor just not what we need.

. Lukaku suddenly now odds on favourite to stay for another season, what's going on here then? Ed any idea, or just usual rubbish?

Believable0 Unbelievable1

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any change in the situation.}

David moyes is favourite to take over on odds checker with Mancini second.

He has been for 4 weeks Pb, won't happen in a million years mate.

06 Apr 2016 13:21:30
Mutt either one will do for now, I got a feeling of moyes came back the players would go straight back to fighting on the pitch, giving 100%. He ain't my first choice but for now I would take him, he done well top 6 and one 4th on a shoe string budget. You never know with some cash.

Agree3 Disagree4

06 Apr 2016 13:44:56
Bit harsh that Pb, calling me a scabby mongrel mate.

Agree2 Disagree1

06 Apr 2016 14:38:21
Moyes better than Mancini and would get the club organised again, although I do not think either will get the job.

Agree0 Disagree3

06 Apr 2016 15:25:45
Your definitely not a Mutt then Murf1000? 😁 Had a good laugh at that. Wasn't expecting it in middle of serious comments.

Moyes wouldn't be my first choice but would definitely steady the ship, especially defence. Get someone else when that's achieved imho. Wouldn't be a bad route imho.

Murff it's this bloody phone mate, only just seen it 👍.

06 Apr 2016 16:28:23
When A/ VILLA were casting round for a new manager, Moyes seemed odds on, however, someone with a little bit of an inside track, says, Moyes got a call advising him to " hang fire ", I'm no Moyes fan, think he acted disgracfully when he left, but him and Bill are still as thick as thieves, and, never thought I would say it, but anyone would be better than this t. er.

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - your right about anyone being better JCW, but for me that does not stretch to moyes mate..

06 Apr 2016 16:57:25
I was a big fan of moyes and all he did for the club. Gutted when he left. But as we often say about past players who did a good job we've moved on as a club and shouldn't look back. We need a top manager who can bring in some good names, with good tactics and get everyone (team and fans) motivated again.

I would be happy with some of the names already mentioned. Pelligrini, Mancini, de boer or Koeman. Or someone of equal standing. Something new. Something different.

06 Apr 2016 16:52:55
Let me get this straight Ed025. You'd rather have Martinez as manager before Moyes? If you had to pick either of them you'd pick Martinez?

I'm not saying which you should pick just want to be sure I'm understanding what your saying properly.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - no mate..NONE OF THE ABOVE!...i want bobby gone asap but dont want moyes back under any circumstances..

06 Apr 2016 17:25:40
Have to say I agree with you EdO25.And can't argue with anyone saying he steadied the ship while he was here either. What I won't agree with is people ever even contemplating having him back. Do we really want to go back to taking knives to gunfights? And after the way he conducted himself before and after he left the club, the contract farce and his pathetic attempts trying to lure Baines and Felli, I never want to see him anywhere near our club again. I want a winner, a manager that has won trophies and who still has the nous on how to win trophies. Like you said Ed, like me you are not a Mourinho fan (the man himself) But I will tell you this as a manager he's a winner with a capital W, who wins trophies everywhere he goes, and has managed the top teams in the world with the top players in the world and I for one wouldn't turn my nose up at him ever wanting to manage our great club.

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i just cant see how some would welcome moyes back jimmy??, and mourinho is a very good manager but his personality makes me baulk at times but if he were given the job i could learn to live with it mate..when people ask whether i would like martinez or moyes my answer would be....it doesn,t matter whether you are shot or stabbed to death does it?..

06 Apr 2016 17:41:38
Agree with you ed. I don't want moyes back. i'd prefer someone with mgmt pedigree or a deboer or koeman type. Moyes steadied the ship in very stormy waters buthes had his time imo.

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i hold him in the same esteem as i did margaret thatcher jcl..

06 Apr 2016 18:06:34

I come in peace Ed025. Fair enough, I'd rather be shot than stabbed. It's a quicker death. You want to do the honours? A bit less talk about you know who then 😂.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - that would suit me fine mate.. :)

06 Apr 2016 11:47:39
. rumours swirling around some of my mates this morning that Blue Bill wants Moyes back, Moshiri disagrees and his no. 1 choice is Koeman but he wants to stay at Southampton and that Moshiri will want Mancini instead. not sure if there is any substance to these rumours though.

I would happily accept Mancini Sol, now that would be something, did anyone hear Mike Parry on TS this morning speaking about Jose, he said there is a rumour Jose is speaking to another English club and it may be Everton, now that would be something else.

Agree2 Disagree0

06 Apr 2016 13:01:34
. really Murf, Jose? I know he splits opinion amongst the supporters but for me that would make my day - at least we might actually win something within the next 2 years! Mancini wouldn't be bad either.

06 Apr 2016 13:16:43
It was Mike Parry though Sol and even though I like the guy he has a screw or two missing mate.

I keep seeing Moyes and Jose rumours, one plus side to both is they are available. NOW! ☺️☺️
I think both could get more out of the current squad than we are currently!
